    sold me a truck and did not disclose the fact that it had hail damage on the top, would not buy from them again!!!

I selected Bernard's, and specifically reached out to Chase, after reading really positive reviews from other buyers. For our Jeep, Chase tracked down the exact vehicle we wanted at another dealership (since they didn't have our preferred color on the lot) and took care of all the details on our behalf so it was a seamless dealer swap and buy process. For our Ram truck, Chase worked with me on a few options before we decided on a custom order. He was super thorough and responsive in ensuring the build specs and pricing fit our needs and he kept us in the loop during the build and delivery process. I appreciate that Chase never made it feel like a sales process. He listened to what we wanted and worked hard to meet our needs -- completely coordinated our trade-ins, never pushy, and always communicated at our pace. I highly recommend Chase and the Bernard's dealership team and will definitely work with him again.

Wind up stranded in a store parking lot 25 miles from home at 9:30 PM on the evening of 4th of July 2017. Battery was so "shot" it wouldn't even take a jump-start !! Had to leave vehicle there overnight pay $60.00 cab fare to get home. Called dealership next morning to detail my plight and the Service Department comment was : "Hmmmm ? Guess you better call a tow truck and get it towed somewhere". Offered no help whatsoever. Same dealership that asked me to please fill out the on-line Ford Motor Company - Dealer Satisfaction Survey with "very satisfied" answers for all questions right after I made the purchase, which unfortunately .... I did ! Don't I feel the damn "fool" !!! Beware of these guys !! P. S. Called Hudson Ford - Hudson, WI .... who previously had absolutely nothing to do with this car. They recommended Roberts Towing - Roberts, WI who did a 'great' job of responding immediately. Seems Johnson Ford knowingly sold me a car with a "hole" in the battery !!! Hudson Ford installed a new battery and got Ford Motor Co. to pay for the new battery AND the tow. Zero cost to me ! Hudson Ford are good people ! They'll get all my business now. YOU should consider them too ! Johnson Motors ....is DEAD to me now !!

    They are not trustworthy. Took my car in for an alignment n to see why my back tire was wearing. As…read moreI had put on four brand new tires about 12,000 miles ago. They told me I needed front brakes immediately. Little did they know that I had just changed the all brakes/rotors so they were brand new. Told me my back shocks were bad and leaked out all the oil. Is why my one back tire was wearing. (ridiculous !!) And they would not warranty this new tire if I did not change the shocks. (why would a tire be warranty for wear anyway?) At this point, I did not trust them. So I paid for the alignment and a new tire and left. Checked my shocks. They had great resistance and there was no oil leaked out. Though they were rusty, but still great working condition as should be. The alignment they had done was bad as my steering wheel was sitting at 11 o'clock instead of straight up. I took it back in. They did the alignment again. And then told me that I needed four new tires is the reason the alignment went out right away. (it did not go out right away, it was bad from the second. I drove it off their lot because it was not done properly in the first place.) This guy should have at least looked at their history before telling me that I need for brand new tires to see that they had just put on a brand new tire two weeks ago. They lie and use scare tactics to have you do a service that you do not need. I would never go back. And I would never recommend them to anyone. As I sat and waited for them to redo the alignment, anyone that picked up their vehicle in that hour and a half, they were told that they needed this and needed that. So it is common practice for them to do this to everyone. I mean come on, why would they tell me I need to change my front brakes immediately when there was absolutely no wear at all on them because they were literally brand new. Had someone else look at my vehicle. The rear axle was pushed over to the side a a little bit. They fixed the problem. I borrowed my vehicle a lot to people who need it. Someone must've smashed a curb. Anyway, was the reason for that black Tire wearing. That is why I took my vehicle into St. Croix automotive in the first place. But was absolutely nothing that they did to have a solution for the problem that I actually had. All this makes me wonder if they actually change peoples oil and filter. Or just say they did, and charge them.
