Last December our Primary provider Dr. Daniel Crabb retired and they hired a FPN, Dana Moore, who has been seeing us for a variety of reasons. She is such a good listener and really cares about what you are saying about your ailments, even hearing everyone else every day of the week. She does not make the appointments short because of any reason, and she acts upon what you need right now. No hesitation, and if you need a specialist, she sends a referral immediately. Their other Doctors are great also, I have been to all of them for one reason or another, except the new Doctor that came on right after Dana was settled there. I give them a lot of credit. I also want to tell you if you need blood taken, their blood drawer, Julie is remarkable, and is PAINLESS, She can find veins in a heartbeat and does not fail, unlike so many people at Community Hospital North are so good at failing to find a vein. Not knocking them, but there was a time that We have asked for someone use taking blood come from the ER or one of the EMT groups to get it done. At Family Physicians, or St. Vincents Physicians group. if you wait a little while someone is getting the care that they need, just like you will. I never have ever noticed a wait that was worth talking about. They have my complete faith in treating my wife, my family, and myself. Enough said, they are great from the staff to the Doctors and Nurses. I just don't want to get sick out of town, if you know what I mean!

He has treated various back issues for me successfully for seven years. I have probably referred six patients to him, all receiving superior care and outcomes. Today I am feeling hurt, betrayed, and yet in severe pain. I called the Carmel office two weeks ago to request an injection. The scheduler checked to insure that I was not violating a "waiting period" between shots. I explained that the pain had been more severe with a short three month span than I usually experience after nine months to a year after Dr. Mac's expert therapy. I'm back in my office after I was turned away, an hour ago because the front office had no record of my appointment. Bad show. The scheduler was pleasant and seemed pleased to slot me into an appointment within a relatively short wait given that my pain levels were so high. The front office staff this morning were agreeable and I believed attempted to fit me into the schedule after telling me that I did not have an appointment. I'm writing this arguably because I am disappointed. I will continue to depend on Dr Macadaeg and his care. Perhaps he and his partners might examine best practices regarding their support staff processes. She literally works 24 hours 7 days a week. In addition, not only is her communication up-to-par, but she has helped save me money. I've been going to Dr. Martin for (ahem,...) decades now. Pretty much early on in his practice of internal medicine in Fishers. I would see him regularly for annual sinus infections that put me out for days . . . which miraculously have disappeared. I haven't had one of those in 5 or 6 years now. I've always been happy with his care and treatment. His office staff has improved over the years. It may be very difficult to get an appointment as a new patient ....but I highly recommend him.
