I called up Kemet Septic Service and spoke with Mike telling him the issue. It was a Sunday but that didn't stop him, he drove out to the property, diagnosed the problem then gave me his price to fix it. It was more than reasonable and I gave him the go ahead to start the work. He showed up at 8am and by noon the work was completed. I hope I don't but if I do I will definitely be using Kemet again!

I should have seen the red flags when they couldn't find the…read morewater cutoff valve and preceded to tell me the house didn't have one (same day the sprinkler guy found it within minutes). We were later provided a quote that literally left out every-single-repair we needed and was $1000-$2000 to have our pipes scoped and cleaned. Being that we just bought the house this was not at all what we needed. We should have cut the cord but we continued due to needing the shower faucets and sink stoppers repaired along with the sinks caulked and wanting to get these fixed sooner versus later. We then got another estimate that only noted the faucets so we called again and where told the sink at least was included (but we never got a clear answer) We were told it would take a few days (3 days) because the faucets were no longer being produced and would have to be ordered. I said that was fine and we would see them in a few days. Well, a few days came and went and when WE finally were able to get someone on the phone we were told it would be a few more days but we were confirmed for Friday. Thursday we called to confirm and were told the plumber (Alex) would call me that night but we were 100% confirmed for the next day. He of course doesn't call so we call that Friday morning and he tells us he will be there by 12:30........ 2:30 rolls around and he cancels and makes plans to be here today (Saturday) no later then 9:00am---at 11:00am we left them a voicemail that the cord was finally being cut which we should've done already. In short, if you are looking for an unreliable, inept, incompetent company that is ill-equipped to handle even the most basic of plumbing services and you want to call them 20+ times without getting a clear answer or concrete date/time of service.... well, this company is for you! If not, please don't waste your time! UPDATE: After the fiasco with Grand Rooter, we were referred to Terry's Plumbing who made themselves available that following Monday, arrived on-time, charged us half of what this company charged (including everything we needed that was seemingly lost in translation with this company) and completed the work that very day. I will be writing a very positive review for Terry's Plumbing who I highly recommend. Shame on you, Grand Rooter!

So they had the time but felt like taking advantage of a shitty situation... FYI, I opened the tank lid, cleared the spot for them had all the tools and hoses necessary which they knew and as seen in prior photos my tank is 10 feet from the fence.... It took the other company 15 minutes as well as 15 minutes when I was their customer prior.... This is how you loose a customer for life....

Zal efficiently replaced a jury-rigged pipe under my kitchen sink, that had plagued me for years. Zal then showed me, & repaired another leak, that a previous plumber had told me he'd fix. From there he discovered the blockage in my drain. Zal did not give up. He kept snaking the pipes until he freed the stubborn clog. This all took hours.
