The staff has always been friendly when I visit and both dentists are very well skilled and do excellent dental work.

Such a wonderful experience!…read more I haven't been to the dentist in years. Mostly due to me being a little nervous to go. I'm getting married next month and needed to get some work done before then. Dr. Gills was recommended and I couldn't be happier I went. Staff was beyond nice and helped calm all my nerves before being seen by the dentist. Once I seen the dentist, he was so nice and made me feel comfortable about getting work done. I ended up getting a root canal and didn't feel anything! After this experience I have no clue why I was nervous to go to the dentist, looking forward to my next visit!

The front receptionist with the glasses was extremely rude not only to me but to a few other people waiting in the office & checking in. She told one lady that she had to leave because it didn't matter if her father had alzeheimers or not she couldn't be here. Why does this lady have to be so Disrespectful, Uncourtious and just Ugly. Also it's not very polite for her and the others ladies behind the glass to talk about the patients or their families. This used to be a good dental group now it's just about rude people & service that sucks. NOW YOU TELL ME WHAT IS SO FRIENDLY ABOUT ANY OF THESE THINGS? EXACTLY NOTHING.

From the moment I walked in, Jolina at the front desk made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She explained everything clearly, especially the financial side, which immediately put me at ease. Letty was also incredibly helpful in breaking down my insurance versus out-of-pocket costs. She made everything easy to understand, which I really appreciated. Val, the dental assistant, was very welcoming and helped me relax during my visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about patient comfort. Dr. Lalifa is outstanding. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was top-tier. I felt like I was in very good hands the entire time. A special thank you to Mido, the dental hygienist who helped me with my deep cleaning. She was incredibly friendly, made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and honestly motivated me to take my dental health more seriously moving forward. And lastly, Alex at the front desk made the checkout process smooth and clearly explained my next steps and provided all my receipts. Overall, this team made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy, comfortable, and even motivating. Highly recommend Spring Hills Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a professional and genuinely caring dental office.

However, when I came in for my appointment the inside is beautiful & clean, the staff is so welcoming, and they educated me on my dental hygiene. The inside is nice and modern, they have cozy chairs and massage chairs. There was a lady frequently checking and cleaning the restroom. Those things are important because the dentist can be intimidating so it's important to feel comfortable. The receptionist is nice, I think her name was Aracely! Linda was sooo sweet, she honestly calmed my nerves! She made me feel comfortable, and answered any questions I had. There was also another girl that helped me, I didn't get her name. She was younger with a bun, and she was also so nice. I went in for a consultation and when I was finishing to make my appointment the receptionist was helping me choose a time. Two other workers chimed in to give feedback and their opinion about my appointment. They were able to input their opinion without being rude or belittling the receptionist and to me that shows they have a strong team here, and they other workers are listening and paying attention. So 10/10 teamwork, I'd rather everyone working be in my business suggesting/offering their advice, than going with an appointment time that may not have worked out. I came in for a cleaning, I haven't been to the dentist in years. I also came in for composite bonding. Robin, was the one who did my cleaning and she has great hospitality. She educated me so much on my teeth, and how they were when I went in, and how to maintain them. She pointed out what my previous dentist didn't do correctly, and she gave me in depth reasons as to why it was done improperly and told me how it should be done and she did that for me. Very sweet lady ! And I didn't get the name of the man who did my bonding, but he was nice. During my consultation he gave me a brief explanation about composite bonding and what not to eat. I will say that there was minimal conversation about how I wanted my teeth, I thought they would ask me what my goals were or what look I was going for but they didn't. Before the procedure started I asked him if he could add length to my two front teeth and he said he could maybe add a little length. The procedure was pretty quick maybe an hour, my teeth were done very nice. I did have a breakdown in the car because I wasn't used to them yet tho. After the procedure, we took a quick look he said give it 48 hours then call if I wanted any adjustments or changes, that I can floss don't be afraid to floss like normal, and he left. Super brief convo, I didn't get any aftercare tips or what to expect or anything. So when I got home I was panicking because my front two teeth had no gap, no space to floss. I just assumed it was because it was still freshly done, but even two days later I couldn't get the floss between my front teeth. It's been about two weeks, I still can't get floss inbetween them as easy as my other teeth, I had to force it in between. Over all, great staff, great work

However, Dr. Zalsman did an amazing job and I recovered well! He and his staff did an amazing job educating me, answered any questions I had, and he even called me after the surgery to make sure I was okay. I asked my dentist (of 24 years) who he would use, and without hesitation he recommended Dr. Zalsman, stating that Dr. Zalsman had done an excellent job on his implant. My dentist was correct. Not only is Dr. Zalsman a dentist, but he is also an M.D., which provided me with an extra level of confidence. The office is clean and welcoming. The staff is beyond courteous. They are professional, yet personable and good humored. Appointments are kept timely, and the place runs effectively and efficiently. On a number of occasions, after arriving early, I was actually seen in advance of the appointment time. Having a dental implant can be an anxiety-provoking process. The bone needs to be prepared to receive the implant, and it is not unusual to have to supplement the existing bone with additional bone material from nearby. I opted for the general anesthesia, which costs a bit more but relieved me of the stress and (frankly) fear associated with enduring this complex procedure. The clerical and medical staff is as good as I've seen anywhere. The medical assistants tasked with setting me up for the surgery went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this office for any of your complex dental procedure needs.

I finally thought I had found a good orthodontist, but my most recent visit was very…read moredisappointing. The orthodontist (a Hispanic woman whose name I did not get) was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the consultation. This was a required second consultation, as staff had told me I needed. On the phone, I was told I would need a new consultation; otherwise, I could have continued with the original treatment plan from five months ago, which was cheaper. That is why I came in expecting a new evaluation. From the beginning, she repeatedly asked if I wanted to start treatment before properly looking at my teeth, referring back to the consultation from five months ago and trying to use that same plan. I only agreed to proceed if the consultation would be based on the same pricing and plan I had originally discussed. Only then did she reluctantly examine my teeth, and even then it lasted less than a minute. It did not feel like a proper evaluation and felt like she was rushing through it. When I asked if she was the same orthodontist who did my original consultation, she confirmed yes in an angry tone and then walked away before I could ask any further questions. There was also a clear communication barrier, and she did not explain things well or seem to fully understand what I was asking, even though I was speaking respectfully and calmly. After the brief exam, she changed the treatment plan by adding spacers, which increased the estimated cost from about $85 to around $115 "maybe." This felt inconsistent, especially because I had been led to believe I could continue with the same plan from five months ago if I proceeded. It also did not make sense to me that adult teeth would change significantly enough in just five months to require additional procedures like spacers, which are typically used for children with developing mouths. I am 19, so this change felt unexplained and unnecessary, especially since I was also told extractions would likely be needed either way. Overall, the interaction felt rushed, unclear, and dismissive. The attitude and lack of explanation made the experience feel unprofessional and discouraging. That kind of approach drives patients away, because people need clear communication and respect when making medical decisions. Maria was kind during my previous visit, but this experience with the orthodontist was not satisfactory in terms of communication, professionalism, and clarity around treatment changes.
