Went in for tooth pain. I hate going to the dentist but I needed to. Walked in and I was greeted by a girl and told me they'd take care of me. Was taken to the back by a very sweet and cheerful girl with a beautiful smile. I think her name was Jayleen. Took my X-rays prepped me for the doctor and was with me the whole time making sure I wasn't in any pain or discomfort. Overall it was easy, quick and very comforting. I'm always apprehe of the dentist now as most seem to be more concerned with up charging then oral health. My Dentist retired and I needed a new one. decided to go here since it was in my area. im very pleased. cleaned my teeth and actually cleaned them. didn't try to say I needed a " deep cleaning" which most insurance's don't cover in totality. now a days when you ask for a cleaning the dentist will almost always tell you you need a deep cleaning and if you ask for general cleaning they will just polish you teeth. when I know for a fact as someone who has been gong to the dentist since I was 5, a cleaning would always consist of the scraping then the polishing. I was told a couple of times oh a regular cleaning just consists of a "polishing". Didnt make me feel like I had to replace my silver fillings with white ones. the staff was really nice. the dentist makes you feel comfortable and most of all I didn't feel like I was going to pass out from receiving an astronomical bill. will tell everyone to come here read more

My whole family attends his dentist. They are awesome. They explain everything to you thoroughly. the dentist knows what he's doing, the staff is friendly they get you in and out quick. Been here only twice and first visit left my filling feel like sand paper in my mouth. He even said I needed a root canal. I went to get a second and third option and both said I didn't need one. I even went to another dentist to fixed this San paper feeling issue. Because he said it's supposed to feel that way. Even my mom goes there STILL. I do not recommend going to this dentist. They tried to scam me concerning what the insurance would cover. Gave me the run around and became extremely rude when I was asking questions trying to understand the pricing. Then she cancelled my appointment for no reason and hung up on me. Avoid this place! The service is good but when you get re scheduled 2 times and your dentist is never available the place should hire more help or learn how to organize it's staff better to meet its clients demand . I highly recommend this dentist facility! I have been getting my teeth fixed by Dr. Blanca and have absolutely no complaints. She loves what she does and she is great at it. Dr. Blanca is so sweet and cares so much about her patients. Also her dental assistant Elise is great. She answers any questions you have and is very knowledgeable. She is very sweet and kind. Having been a Western Dental patient for several years, my daughter and I had some pretty serious fear when it came to dental work. I dreaded even having my teeth cleaned (Western Dental are seriously BUTCHERS, stop going there)! I'm embarrassed to admit, we went almost 2 years without seeing a dentist! I passed by SoCal Dentistry at least a dozen times before gathering the courage to walk in and see if they could help with my families trauma. The staff seemed patient and friendly, and I was able to speak directly with Dr. Nick. He wasn't judgmental and never made me feel ashamed for neglecting my dental health. He explained they had a specialist who dealt with fearful patients, so I felt secure and made an appointment for both myself and my daughter. Neither of us needed the specialist (thanks to Dr. Blanca), but we both had cavities and old amalgam fillings that needed to be replaced. Dr. Blanca helped us both, and after several appointments our ugly silver fillings have been replaced with porcelain and all cavities are fixed. I still have a crown that Dr. Toledo is working on (he is a VERY handsome older man, hope his wife appreciates!) and I'm not nervous or scared at all. When he injects the numbing agent you cant even feel the needle, he is that good. Last week as we were driving away from my daughters last appointment, she very nonchalantly stated "Mom, I don't think I'm afraid of the dentist anymore". As a parent, its difficult to explain the relief I felt. Dr. Blanca is such a gentle, skilled Doctor she literally cured my daughter of her fear, I will forever be grateful! read more

I have gone to this dentist for 4 years my smile is complete. Dr. Blanca is the best ever she is caring and understands that your teeth are the most important thing for your smile. They do not pull out your teeth they try to save everyone of your teeth. I have seen all dentists in this office and every single one is absolutely amazing. For 21 years I could not smile my front teeth were damaged by an abusive relationship. Dr. Blanca after 21 years restored my complete smile. I even started taking my wheelchair bound Senior Father there, he has a nasty attitude. I dont like him a lot lol, but they were very good w/him. Dr. Toledo was soooo:patient,caring & respectful of him. They did so much w/getting him in & out, could've left me outside to manage by myself. I went to Dr. Toledo for a root canal/crown extension. He examined my teeth and then informed me that number 10 had to be pulled which would've left a hole in my grill. The woman at the front desk was on a personal call and entered my information wrong into the computer to verify my Medi-Cal.. it took another employee behind the front desk to get behind the computer and verify my Medi-Cal coverage. By the time it was verified that I did have coverage Dr. Toledo had examined me and picked right up and dismissed me and went on to another patient so by the time I did get verification of coverage he was already with another patient and I was not happy for him totally dismissing me and disregarding me. I went to oral surgeon Dr. Hana in Rialto and he saved my tooth with a root canal. If I could rate Dr. Toledo I would give him no stars. This guy is a quack and cares about nothing but money and insurance or he just gets up and walks out the room. I would not recommend this clown to anyone for his lack of concerns of the patients. He's full of crap and needs to quit and find something else to do. He's a horrible dentist. Be careful and get second opinions of his diagnoses. I ended up keeping my own tooth without ending up with a hole in my grill! He gets two thumbs down! read more

Honestly I've never regretted getting dental work as much as I have here, I went for a simple filling but got recommended for 2 crowns, I said okay thinking might as well while I have insurance go right ahead. Biggest regret of my life I was in constant pain for almost a year, I was given so much Ibuprofen which ended up causing me more stomach issues (ulcers) then I was given antibiotics about 3 times in less than a year for one single tooth. My concerns weren't being heard, I was getting new impressions twice for crowns since the old ones didn't come out properly, I was in so much pain at the appointments and at home. Ended up going somewhere else when they refused to do any more work and just shave down my crown and say it would go away soon. Having to pay out of pocket since my insurance would not cover it anymore. It's so hard I went without work since March, I'm a college student, i could go back to them and have them fix it on their dime but because of all the pain I went through for so long, I'm willing to suck it up and pay out of pocket to my new dentist. Never again, avoid this place. Even my knew dentist can't believe all I went through now she's fixing what they left. read more

I finally found my new dental office!! I've been to so many offices and finally I found one that I feel comfortable going. The X-ray machine is unreal, with one X-ray they get your whole mouth, the staff is very friendly and so Is the dentist. I came with my wife and she got the female dentist and I got seen by the male dentist, and we both left feeling very comfortable with our new doctors! My review is for the girl with the crazy curly hair in the front (receptionist ) . She is very rude . She has messed up my appointment date n times several times . She calls and gives u wrong date n times n it has happened several times so i call to verify my appointment date n time now. She is very rude over the phone . Now I refuse to make an appointment with her . I was about to cancel n go somewhere else only because of her nasty attitude n the only reason I didn't is because I just want my work done . I figured i would go for my first consultation and see if I at least felt comfortable . Right away just making a appointment I felt comfy . Karen made me a appointment that same week , within a month I had all my work done . I loved how friendly all the staff was and how fast and convenient they are . I usually have a good experience every time I go here but last Friday 08/21/20, I went in to hopefully get a tooth pulled that was bothering me. I went in and expressed my concerns to the assistant and the dentist and they still continued to pull a tooth(one that I knew was infected) that wasn't bothering me @ the moment. I asked if they were gonna do anything about the one that was hurting and if I needed to take any antibiotics for it because it felt like it was starting to get swollen and they continued to brush off and said that I should be fine from previous antibiotics that were taken back in July. They didn't even bother looking at it. Came home and had a toothache all weekend with it swollen, wasn't able to eat anything and didn't have an appointment until Sept. 22nd to get it extracted. My worst experience ever! I've decided to change dentistry but I wanted to make sure this place got the rating they deserve and knew about the pain I had to endure while the rushed service I got that day was horrible! read more

I have been going to SoCal since June and I was in love with the dentist .. however I received a phone call from a very rude staff member that needed me to reschedule an appointment for whatever reason "this time"and she was very very rude and I let her know that! And I told her I would call back and schedule with some one less rude..This is a family ran dentistry which I thought was a plus .. until I called back to schedule my appointment and was told I couldn't come back to the office and it's in my file.. and I requested to file a request against the employee that was rude to me and she told me that they don't allow complaints against the employees there???????? Who does that? When did customer service get deplete from places offering a service to the public.. And how do I get banned and she skipped getting spoken to about phone etiquette? I honestly don't know where to start off but a very amazing, friendly, caring, and professional dentist overall. I had the best experience compare to other dentist office. The staff in the front office are very friendly!!!! They treat you with respect and welcome you with a smile. The establishment is very clean. The wait time is literally like 5 minutes or less. (Note: I have my appointments in the morning). The X-ray technician was very friendly. Also the doctors assistance are friendly and attentive. My doctor that took care of me is the best. She is gentle, caring, informative, and very professional. I had bad experience with other dentist doctors with basically hurting my gums with a basic deep cleaning. I thought it was normal because the tools they use. But she did an amazing job with my deep cleaning. I had no cuts in my gums and realize she takes her time. I had a few fillings that the doctor worked on. At first I was nervous but she was gentle and was done within an hour or less. What I love about the doctor is she was never on a rush and that is a plus. She gets the work done fast but calm at the same time. She is attentive and checks on you if your doing fine. So far my journey at SoCal Dentistry has been nothing short of amazing. I have never been to an office more caring than here! I've dreaded going to dentists for so long that I had to have a lot of work done from being neglectful (root canal, cleaning, fillings, etc) and the team here has been so helpful helping me "fix my fires" as they call it. Each experience from the front desk receptionists positive attitudes when scheduling, and calling the day before for reminders, to the dental assistants who are so friendly when doing X-rays and assisting the doctors, to the doctors who constantly make sure you're not in pain, and talk to you so that you feel comfortable. I have finally found a facility where I am happy to get my work done and return consistently. I felt compelled to share my amazing experience because I was a prior patient to western dental where they are money hungry, careless, and fraudulent. I went there and was told my top fillings were done and I paid $355 dollars for a medicine I didn't even need only to come to SoCal Dentistry to be told my fillings weren't even done after all. And I was told my tooth that needed a root canal could only be extracted for a bone graf and implant, only to have a successful root canal done at SoCal Dentistry. Moral of the story is SoCal Dentistry is a hidden gem in Rialto, with short wait times, a CARING team of health care physicians and staff, and they truly go above and beyond for you to love your smile. I wish I would have found them years ago, but I found them this year and am not going elsewhere! 10/10 would recommend! I have already referred 3 people there that absolutely love it too. read more
