However, when I came in for my appointment the inside is beautiful & clean, the staff is so welcoming, and they educated me on my dental hygiene. The inside is nice and modern, they have cozy chairs and massage chairs. There was a lady frequently checking and cleaning the restroom. Those things are important because the dentist can be intimidating so it's important to feel comfortable. The receptionist is nice, I think her name was Aracely! Linda was sooo sweet, she honestly calmed my nerves! She made me feel comfortable, and answered any questions I had. There was also another girl that helped me, I didn't get her name. She was younger with a bun, and she was also so nice. I went in for a consultation and when I was finishing to make my appointment the receptionist was helping me choose a time. Two other workers chimed in to give feedback and their opinion about my appointment. They were able to input their opinion without being rude or belittling the receptionist and to me that shows they have a strong team here, and they other workers are listening and paying attention. So 10/10 teamwork, I'd rather everyone working be in my business suggesting/offering their advice, than going with an appointment time that may not have worked out. I came in for a cleaning, I haven't been to the dentist in years. I also came in for composite bonding. Robin, was the one who did my cleaning and she has great hospitality. She educated me so much on my teeth, and how they were when I went in, and how to maintain them. She pointed out what my previous dentist didn't do correctly, and she gave me in depth reasons as to why it was done improperly and told me how it should be done and she did that for me. Very sweet lady ! And I didn't get the name of the man who did my bonding, but he was nice. During my consultation he gave me a brief explanation about composite bonding and what not to eat. I will say that there was minimal conversation about how I wanted my teeth, I thought they would ask me what my goals were or what look I was going for but they didn't. Before the procedure started I asked him if he could add length to my two front teeth and he said he could maybe add a little length. The procedure was pretty quick maybe an hour, my teeth were done very nice. I did have a breakdown in the car because I wasn't used to them yet tho. After the procedure, we took a quick look he said give it 48 hours then call if I wanted any adjustments or changes, that I can floss don't be afraid to floss like normal, and he left. Super brief convo, I didn't get any aftercare tips or what to expect or anything. So when I got home I was panicking because my front two teeth had no gap, no space to floss. I just assumed it was because it was still freshly done, but even two days later I couldn't get the floss between my front teeth. It's been about two weeks, I still can't get floss inbetween them as easy as my other teeth, I had to force it in between. Over all, great staff, great work

From the moment I walked in, Jolina at the front desk made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She explained everything clearly, especially the financial side, which immediately put me at ease. Letty was also incredibly helpful in breaking down my insurance versus out-of-pocket costs. She made everything easy to understand, which I really appreciated. Val, the dental assistant, was very welcoming and helped me relax during my visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about patient comfort. Dr. Lalifa is outstanding. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was top-tier. I felt like I was in very good hands the entire time. A special thank you to Mido, the dental hygienist who helped me with my deep cleaning. She was incredibly friendly, made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and honestly motivated me to take my dental health more seriously moving forward. And lastly, Alex at the front desk made the checkout process smooth and clearly explained my next steps and provided all my receipts. Overall, this team made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy, comfortable, and even motivating. Highly recommend Spring Hills Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a professional and genuinely caring dental office.

His ratings are high so I wanted to give it a try at the Rialto office. The office is very clean and comfortable. Really clean. Maybe because the practice has only been there for over 1 year but its clean! They play movies for the kids to keep them at ease. And they have state of the art dental equipment. The office staff made it extremely easy coming in as new patients. I filled out the paperwork beforehand for my family before coming in for our set appointments. Rose was the one who helped me with my insurance. She told me about my coverage and explained it very patiently and thoroughly. The office staff is very caring, patient, and competent. We only waited 5 minutes to be seen. The longest was 10 min but I came 5 mins late to the appointment that day. I had the pleasure of meeting both the doctors on different days. Dr. Yang is a gentle, caring and a very reassuring doctor. My boys were very pleased with her. One of my sons needed one of his baby molars to be pulled in order to have his permanent molar drop. He was dreading the appt for days. He didn't feel the shot only slight pressure and the extraction was less than 5 minutes. Dr. Yang reassured him but was also honest of what was expected. Dr. Galvan is a gentle, helpful, experienced and personable doctor. He has great technique in his work. He is involved with all aspects of his practice. And yet he does it with ease. He is happy, his staff is happy, which in turn makes happy patients. That's the kind of business I would refer family and friends to. Tip: new patients bring in your insurance card and ID and show up early to fill out paperwork.
