Dr. Morris and his staff are professional and courteous. I felt valued as a patient and they made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed before and during the procedure. My tooth extraction was surprisingly quick and painless. Dr. Morris ensured that I felt no pain during the process. Upon leaving, I was given instructions on how to care for the area to prevent any problems or infection. The Office was exceptionally clean and had a nice atmosphere. I had DHMO insurance and was referred to this office by my dentist in 1/2017. I needed to get 3 wisdom teeth removed. I was told that I was to pay $400+ out of pocket. When going over my DHMO insurance benefits, Marie told me that if I changed my insurance to PPO, I wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket. I was able to change my benefits from DHMO to PPO in the summer, with a new insurance provider that had more coverage and came back to the office. I got a new estimate and it was now $500 out of pocket. So not only was I paying $400 more for PPO insurance and had more coverage, but now the office was charging me MORE out of pocket costs. This made absolutely no sense. I spoke to the person giving me the new estimate and she said she was able to take some costs off because I was considered a returning client. $399 out of pocket was my final estimate and this would max out my benefits. $399+$400 extra that I'm paying in PPO benefits = $799. It was still better when I didn't have PPO and I was being charged $400+ Recently got an insurance bill in the mail. Apparently the office billed my new PPO insurance for the consultation I received in Jan 2017. Had to call the office and they asked me for proof of insurance. I told them they should have that information in their system because of the paperwork they had me fill out. She searched in the system and found the info. Hopefully that gets taken care of. The staff in the office are ok, not rude, not nice but they do try to MAX OUT all your dental benefits and then some. I found a dental office where I paid $58 out of pocket to get the 3 wisdom teeth removed but this is only because I chose to get a deep cleaning and polish. Don't come here, find a better office. read more

My primary dentist scared me into thinking there was a possibility of paralysis in my mouth when pulling out my teeth, but Dr. Morris was extremely kind and reassuring. My daughter went in to have excess gum removed. The staff was extremely kind and got her in quickly. They highlighted places for her signature on paperwork and hastily walked her through the paperwork. They told her that it was all covered by insurance except for the pathology lab work, which when she asked how much it would be, she was told $0 to $500. Whilst unbeknownst to her the paperwork stated in fine print that the average was $310.00!! If they had been upfront and told her that, she would not have signed to have it tested as they told her in the office that it was NOT Cancerous!! PLEASE make sure you have time to read the paperwork before you go in for surgery as they will rush you in and not tell you the amount you will be charged! read more

This place is amazing!!! I would give it 10 stars if I could. My husband has been dealing with a cracked Tooth with his nerve exposed for over 2 weeks, we have had no help from upland bright now dental!! We were told we needed to find our own oral surgeon . the pain has become intolerable so after calling 20 different offices at 11 am on a Friday, this being my last call I explained my husbands problem to tangie( not sure of spelling) she was very sweet and understanding and was able to work around my husbands work schedule since he was stuck in San Diego and squeezed him in today @4:30 for a emergency extraction. I got my lower left wisdom tooth extracted and had nitrous gas and iv sedation done because the tooth was too close to a nerve. I don't remember falling asleep let alone waking up! I'm usually terrified of Dentists, so I was especially unhappy when I found out that I needed to have two teeth extracted. I put it off as long as I could before I finally gave up and made the appointment with Dr. Morris. He was recommended by my usual dentist. I am thrilled that I went to him. Ok, so, I had to write this review before I forget and never do it. My appt with Dr. Morris was this morning at 9am at his Menifee office, to had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted. I was the only patient there, so there was no wait time for me, yay! All the staff were really nice and professional. The procedure itself was also really quick, I felt like I was in that chair for only 20min, but I can't say for sure because I was put under with general anesthesia. Now, I don't know if it's just me or Dr. Morris has a great hand on extraction because I've had no chipmunk swelling nor any discomfort pain and I already feel like I can go back to work tomorrow, but I most likely wont since I've already requested the day off. Came here to get all my wisdom teeth pulled back in 2009. As soon as I got there the staff was professional and real. Not the fake nice either, the authentic nice. Dr. Morris is a UCLA Alumni which makes it better. As for the procedure, I like the fact that they have a movie playing in the OR. I though they would have me count backwards from 10, but they didn't. All I remember was sitting down and waking back up....I came here this week to have a baby tooth extracted that never fell off. They gave me the laughing gas and local anesthesia. Same staff, same service. The whole procedure took 30 minutes tops, if that. About 20 to numb me and get me high, and about 3 to pull out the molar. Pain has been little to none. They do a great job there. Thank you Dr and your great staff. read more

My 5 year old daughter just had a procedure done at this office earlier today and I just couldn't wait to be able to get on yelp and tell of all the wonderful things about Dr. Morris and his staff. They were absolutely amazing with their patient care as well as the front office help. I highly recommend this office!!! I came to see Dr. Morris after two long weeks of dealing with unhelpful insurance companies, other dentists, and doctors. And that's not to mention the pain and agony I was in from an impacted wisdom tooth! I sat in the waiting room all day trying to get my insurance in line (mid job transition); it was after 5pm and I was about to give up. Dr. Morris took one look at my tooth, and my pain, and came back to me with a solution that worked for all of us. Less than an hour later, my tooth was gone, and I was finally starting to feel relief. He and his team were all kind, patient, and professional. Fear of the dentist? Yeah, that is me a big baby. I had to have a tooth pulled. Scared to death, heart beating too fast, trying to remain calm. As I was greeted by a very caring staff, my fears calmed some. After xrays, I was placed into a room where Dr. Morris showed up and I met the most caring and soft spoken individual I have had the pleasure of meeting in a long time. He spoke of what was going to be done and what to expect. I had a ton of options from a induced sleep to just a few injections. I opted for the injections. My fears were quelled when I was then taken into the room where Dr. Morris would work on removing tooth. As I sat in the scary dental chair, there was music playing from a computer screen in front of me. As I was listening to the "oldies" I was given the injections to numb my mouth, all of which were just a few pinches here and there. Nothing painful. Dr Morris told me each time he was going to inject my mouth. No surprises. After my mouth was all numbed, I listened to Otis Redding singing "sitting by the dock of the bay".....within minutes, the tooth was out and that was it! This was an unbelievable easy and non scary experience. I am in need of going back to have more work done, and I am no longer that "big baby". I would recommend to ANYONE to go and see Dr. Morris for any kind of oral surgery that you need. Don't lose a wink of sleep worrying about your appointment. You are in the best hands in the business when it comes to compassion and caring for your well being. All I can say is WOW. The Doctor and his staff were great. I needed to have my tooth extracted right after being told that Endodontics couldn't save it. They call my dentist which in turn refer me to Dr. Morris, within an hour I was in the chair and about to have the tooth remove. Dr. and staff had excellent bedside matter. Being a healthcare professional you want and looking for good bedside matter and not feeling that you're just another patient . The thought of having your wisdom teeth extracted can be very intimidating, but Dr. Morris assured me that the process would go smoothly; and that it did! Today is the second day after my surgery and I am in no pain what so ever. Thank God! Prior to coming across Dr. Morris, I was told by Dr. Halliday that I would have to wait a whole week to schedule an appointment. I was experiencing excruciating pain and the staff at Dr. Halliday's seemed to not care as they told me "massage my gums with a toothbrush and take aleve." I knew there was no way I'd endure another painful, sleepless night. so, I contacted dr. Morris and scheduled my consultation and treatment , same day!! Dr. Morris extracted the wisdom teeth of my two kids and did a fantastic job! He was very gentile, accommodating, and extremely mindful of their comfort. Their over all experience was a very pleasant one. He recently did an implant on me as well and the experience was excellent. Felt NO pain at all, he thoroughly explained the procedure (I ask a lot of questions) and was very accommodating as well. The office staff is also SUPERB.
