Oh sure, you can make an appointment to come see us in a few weeks. And after you spend money on x-rays and cleaning, then we'll discuss your broken tooth. She didn't ask when my last cleaning and x-rays were. Over the years in my accounting practice I have seen this problem with front office help more often than you would expect. I always wonder how professionals such as dentists and vets can be completely unaware of their public face, which quite often isn't very pleasant. I got a second opinion and found I actually needed one crown that wasn't even found by Modern Dentistry. And that was all, $550. I have been going to Modern Dentistry for 8 years. I will not go back. They offered excellent information on how dental care applies to YOUR case and what you can do to support it. 2. They are very open with their pricing so you know how much things will be, and you decide what would be beneficial to your situation. They also offer financing. If you have NO insurance they will work with you to provide what they can. 3. Everyone who works there is very friendly and very professional. They do their best to make you comfortable and provide what you need. 4. They stay to their/your schedule. Never once did I wait past the time of my appt. 5. I was very nervous and upset because he had to go in and fix the tooth he refused to see me because I got so nervous. He accused me on two different occasions, of being rude to his staff. He only had four years experience of doing root canals. I cannot recommend this person and I cannot recommend this center. I had to drive down and inclement weather and it was very nervous making. I told him my physical conditions (which are extensive), and he accused me of "playing the victim".
