Fixed our issue and found another poor install issue from a different service company. Bill was a wealth of knowledge and experience. Will be requesting him again specifically. We don't need or want all the frills and fluff with new technology, etc. that the bigger companies are always shoving down our throats. Just good ol' fashioned quality work to keep things running properly and safely. Glad we found this true small business through our home warranty.

With a 5 year old and 2 dogs I was worried about going in to the weekend with no AC. She told me they would be out from 3-5 that afternoon. Weston was here about 3:30 and surveyed the situation......looks like a snake decided to wrap itself around my fan motor shaft...took it apart, tested the motor which ended up bad. Great, now what?.....no problem since he had one on the truck. Replaced it, tested system after the install, and AC was back up and running by 5. Thanks again!

SIDING COMPLETE REPLACEMENT with JAMES HARDIE, NEW GUTTERS, now awaiting new DECK RAILING…read more Their name says it all. QUALITY. From the beginning to the end everyone was always focused on making sure I was satisfied. Denis came up with a great color scheme for the full house siding replacement. Showed us several rendering options. Changed our mind a couple of times and it was not a problem. Came back to our house to make sure the colors matched as I requested. Max kept me informed about timelines and supplies, always checking to make sure I was happy and following up on everything. But, what I was so HAPPY, SATISFIED AND IMPRESSED was the installation crew. Igor and the crew were awesome. Didn't unnecessarily rush the job or drag their feet. They knew what they were doing, demonstrating their skill and experience. The meticulous attention to detail impressed me greatly. Fortunately for me, they discovered areas that needed replacement due to original construction flaws. They were replaced and flashing installed correctly to prevent any further water damage. Extensive joint sealing and caulking done throughout whole house. Complete replacement of any hangings and devices were performed by them. Guttering was also replaced with high quality seamless siding. The downspouts drain into my unique drainage system and the connections were designed and crafted by the installer on the spot. Great job well done. Cleanup and haul off performed immediately. So many more details I could mention. Im usually not one to write reviews, especially in detail. Im also very particular and hard to please. I just want as close as possible to perfection. I have been so throughly pleased throughout the whole process!!! I was also in the process of having another highly recommended deck railing company bid my replacement, but I canceled them and decided have the deck railing replaced by US QUALITY CONSTRUCTION. I hired in with this company 4/7/25. They did not have the I- 9, a way for me to clock in or out,…read moreno employee handbook with company rules and policies at day one of my start date. Every business is required to post state and federal rules for hourly rate employees. There are none posted anywhere. The owner Joe makes up rules in order to suite his company's unwritten rules and policies. They are very disorganized. And their communications lack professional standards. Most of the employees are from AB May Plumbing. There is little regard for OSHA work place safety standards, pulling permits, following uniform code standards. Just get the job done, collect the money and get out of there. They are really good at being fake with people and will tell you everything you want to hear just to get a customer to sign on the dotted line. I spent an entire day waiting for a ladder tall enough to reach a certain height at a customers home. What happened was placing a ladder on top of saw houses. A water line was placed next to an electric outlet. By code that outlet needed a GFCI protection. Joe played dumb when I told him. I did how ever informed that customer. If this is how they treat their employees. They certainly rip off their customers with very high labor and materials with a huge mark up of 100 to 200 % if not more. To support their other endeavors such as raising cattle and pigs. Harley Davidson motor cycles. He may say I'm a disgruntled employee. Let me tell you. I owed and operated my own plumbing company. I have many years of experience, many certifications, continue education courses. I caught him in lies and fabricated stories. He even made up some story I never said in order to flip the script or defect the attention off him and back on me. I had to get the Holden police involved to get my tools back. He told the police lies that I was threatening him and other employees. I only threatened him with the department of labor state and federal level, Code enforcement rules and regulations, and OSHA work place safety standards. All I wanted was my tools and Todd, His other employee, and him would not make arrangements to get me my tools so I could do the job I was hired for. The BNI ( Business Networking Group) was way more important than me getting my tools back so I could do my job. Joe's management skills are definitely something less than " Professional" his only goal is his wallet. I have so much experience and education. I had a job that same day he fired me. A word to the wise. Check your contractor out. Make sure they are authorized to work in your County jurisdiction with a business license in each country Pickle Plumbing operates. Make sure you inform code enforcement in your county. Code enforcement is there to protect you the customer and to make sure the job is done right.
