This is not posted in the store, on the receipt or advised by the store clerk. I will now sell it for at least a $100 loss. Can't post zero stars unfortunately. Home Depot from here forward.

Spend over an hour trying to speak with a live person before driving to the store. Spoke to Russsell who was so professional that I purchased another range with an extended warranty. It arrived damaged and after an hour on the phone finally got a replacement and next day delivery. No estimated time so it was a waiting game. The delivery person arrived and asked where did I want him to put the range. That should have prepared me for the rest. They brought it in and advised me that they were not instructed to connect it or take the old one out of the space where the new one was going. No one mentioned that I was supposed to request and pay for installation. I was informed that the person that delivered it was not to touch it outside of dropping it off. I placed a call to the company and the person listened as a I recounted my experience and I was advised that Lowe's could send someone to remove my old appliance for a fee. Ordered countertops in December. picked them up in February and installed one of them only to find out the side splashes didn't match. Marcraft sent new side splashes. They didn't match. After months of back and fourth and the Rep for Marcraft came to my house to look at the counter tops and side splashes. He said we can NOT make a side splash to match. This company is ridiculous, doesn't stand behind there product and can't make a sidesplash to match their countertop they made. I will never buy another one of there products and I recommend you don't buy it either. They made this sound like it was my fault.
