I was approached almost at every turn by eager employees willing to help and to assist in any questions that I have. It was overwhelming at first (The employees being so nice). But then it became and important tool in my decision to buy a whole Lotta cheap tools LOL Decisions decisions, look this place is packed with lots of goodies. Just Isles and isles up tools and equipment from electrical to mechanical items at pretty good prices. It was hard not to put anything in my cart. So I didn't use one that way I wouldn't play into their good customer service and Quality items game! I mean my thoughts were just picking up a few tools that have turned up missing ( I'm sure my boys have something to do with that ) too picking up enough tools to renovate my whole house. So be careful. The sales people was very nice. As I approach the registers they would let me know that their line was open and they were ready to assist me with my final purchase. Nice ( they didn't turn away and hide. They wasn't on their cell phones ) now that's what I'm talking about. Good old fashion service. If and when I get a gift card from this place. It will get used and right away!! ( hint hint ) LOL

When I returned from out of town I attempted to return it (brand new, still in the package) since I no longer needed it. I didn't have a receipt so the Store Manager looked up my account and said I could not return it because it was beyond their 90 day return policy. I asked if I could get a store credit as I was going to make other purchases while I was there. He said I could not. I know to them it's probably petty but Harbor Freight should try to be more customer centered and might consider reviewing their stringent return policy to align it with their competitors. I will not recommend them or do business with them ever again!
