Unfortunately, we recently experienced a leak from the system (which was not due to any fault of their installation or work). Because I was leaving town the next day, I needed the issue resolved urgently. Their plumber arrived within the hour, immediately fixed the problem, and provided very helpful information on our plumbing. I've been highly impressed with their work and customer service, and highly recommend them. I will definitely be a long-term customer.

This is the third time this month we have had electric services, and we couldn't be more pleased. The price is very reasonable too. Jeffrey and Nathaniel are professional, courteous, and very kind. Jeffrey worked with us to make sure the lighting was just right for us. We are having them come back to do the same retrofit on the outside. Thank you!

The woman took down all the notes and said it would be 97.00. The technician came and within 2 min said he didn't do that and doesn't have tools etc. ??? What did he think he came to do? Anyway, Demetrios said it wasn't a charge because he didn't do anything and was gone in 5 mins. Then 20mins later we get a bill for the 97.00. When we called back right away, we were told that it couldn't be handled until Monday (this was Sat). First exposure to this company and we were NOT impressed. **Update- To their credit, Sarah did phone back that same day and apologized and said that the invoice now reflects a zero balance. She offered to reschedule later in the week but we found another company and could come out quicker and was cheaper.

However, Shawn has retired, and we learned, because this is still a pretty small town, that after Shawn left, many of his best people went over to Access. Lacey, the young lady who sets the schedule is one of those great former Overall employees who transferred over to Access! We are sure glad she did! She is SO personable, professional, and willing to help in any way she can - she quickly set us up with Ron, another excellent Overall alum to install a toilet less than a week later! It turned out great, at a VERY reasonable price (almost HALF of what Lowes would have charged! HALF!!) and with the taller ADA toilet and grab bars now installed, my Dad will be able to safely come home to finish his rehab! Thank you SO much, Lacey and Ron!! He is so polite, very professional, communicative and take so much pride in his work. He was apprehensive at first to do an outdoor shower for liability purposes, but still came to spec the job, which I really appreciated. He ended up taking the job and was exciting about the challenge and the design and went as far as doing research on how he could make the water valves safe from freezing in the winter. He just went above and beyond every step of the way. I really appreciated the complementary home inspection of all the plumbing inside and outside the house PRIOR to starting any work. That was so smart and so nice and it actually turned out to be a life saver for me when he found a pin hole leak in a pipe underneath my house that had been leaking for weeks! I am not sure anyone else would have found that. Needless to say, he ended up fixing that, saving me a disaster down the road and getting the shower done in two visits. He worked non-stop all day, is very clean and neat and takes so much pride in his work. I highly recommend him! I am very happy :)
