I recently had a major issue with my beloved 2008 Infiniti (Stability Braces had completely rotted out) and needed to get these hard to find parts delivered to their shop to save the life of my vehicle. Ronnie and John worked their tails off to find me these vital parts for my vehicle, calling multiple suppliers throughout the USA, and did not stop until they were able to find and install this part, which in turn prevented me from having to purchase a new vehicle. Throughout the process, Ronnie checked in with my frequently to let me know where things stood, and kept me notified of any changes/costs etc. that were ongoing. Literally ANY other Auto Service Provider would've given up and told me I was out of luck and to find the parts on my own, but not Olympic Auto. If you are looking for a place that won't give you the run around and will keep your car running at a high level until the very end, look no further. This is the BEST Auto Service Provider in the greater Baltimore-Washington area, I challenge anyone to debunk this statement. Thank you all again for saving me the pain and heartache of getting a new vehicle! Cheers.

It was so good, I thought I would go back for an oil change and 30 point inspection. However, this time I was unpleasantly surprised. They told me when I dropped off the car it would be $127 so I said no problem. When I returned it magically went up to $192! When I inquired into why they hemmed and hawed until it finally came out that they broke my oil filter cap. They claimed "those break all the time." I pointed out I have gotten my car serviced many times at the dealer (2017 car) and not once have they broke it. No response. They claimed they replaced it "with a better one." So you charged me $68 for a $30 ish aluminum cap that YOU broke. I really hate when people talk to women like they don't know anything about cars. I know they were price gouging me and I don't appreciate being talked to like I was an idiot. I have grown up going to car shows and working with my dad on his classic cars and I don't appreciate this behavior. I will not be returning. The only reason they get 3 stars is for the previous experiences.

I brought my car in for the Maryland Vehicle Safety Inspection. The mechanic called out a list of…read morerepairs after the inspection, claiming they were required for the Maryland inspection to pass. After doing my own research, it became clear that not everything on the list of repairs were safety-related or required by the state. Only after pressing the issue did the mechanic (named Malik) agreed and revised the list, which already raised red flags about trustworthiness of this shop. The experience only got worse from there. I dropped my car off early the next morning, as instructed, and called later in the day to ask Malik when it might be ready so I could arrange a ride. Instead of a simple, helpful response, I was met with outright hostility. When I asked, "Do you expect the car to be ready today or tomorrow?" Malik curtly replied: "Your car will be ready when it is ready." I asked my question a different way. Malik replied with the same exact response, " It will be ready when it is ready" I tried to explain that I just needed an estimate to plan my transportation. Malik responded "What part of what I told you don't you understand?" This level of rudeness and unprofessionalism toward a paying customer is completely unacceptable. Clear communication and basic respect should be the bare minimum, especially when you're entrusting someone with your vehicle and paying for their time and expertise. I cannot in good faith recommend Fell Point Auto to others. There are plenty of competent and respectful auto professionals in Baltimore , Fell Point Auto isn't one.
