The owner got back to me the next morning. He sent Jay over to assess the situation and give me pricing that day! He was able to fit us in for part of the work that same day and came back the next day to finish the job. He did an outstanding job! We even had a freaky situation of roots growing up in one of the toilets and he took the time to explain how best to manage this moving forward. Prices are extremely fair and Jay did an amazing job of cleaning up the work site after he was finished. I will certainly be recommending this business to anyone in need of plumbing services. A+

After some online research, I reached out to a total of 5 companies that had 4.6 or higher reviews…read moreon other platforms. I'll start with the one I chose for those who don't care to read the entire review. Eric, the owner of WHE called me promptly and asked me to text him images of my current water heater installation. After answering 2 follow up questions he gave me an all-inclusive quote, which was the best of the quotes I received. This all inside 30 minutes. We promptly scheduled, and Eric an Daniel arrived on-time. Even though the installation was more difficult than expected because the water heater drain was completely clogged with sediment, he stuck to the quote. In 2:15 hrs they were done, they hauled the old unit away and everything worked perfectly. They left the area clean and the performance of Water Heating Experts exceeded my expectations. Now the other companies. One did not return my weekday query for six hours. One took all info and pics, said they had everything and I had to call them back at 2 pm the next day as I had heard nothing. One arrived 2 1/2 hours late with a high quote. One ignored the water heater I requested and tried to upsell to a unit over double the price. The very fist of these quotes I got said they would price match other companies "even if they were 500-600 dollars less" (and what does that tell you!) . Thank you Eric & Daniel for a great job - highly recommended!

My elderly father called Elite about a possible a/c issue. He was told a part needed replacing for…read more$4,000, then was sold a $20,000 replacement system for his 850 sq. ft home with financing and installation the next day. When I found out about this that night, I called and requested an itemized estimate. The estimate provided had no cost breakdown. Despite my request to postpone the installation so I could review the estimate and get more answers, technicians still arrived the following morning ready to install the new unit. The "manager" shortly called after the techs arrived at my parents house, told me the faulty part and repair would cost around $2,000 - half the price the original quote that was told to my father, and offered to reduce the new system's price to $17,000 by removing a indoor filtration system. I then canceled the installation and financing and arranged a second opinion. The other technician found that the supposedly faulty part did not need replacing and that everything was working properly. Based on what happened to my elderly father, I feel they prey on vulnerable customers. He was told he needed a costly repair that another technician later found unnecessary, then sold a $20,000 replacement system, a system that was also not necessary as his 10 year old unit still worked. That is deeply troubling, and I would not recommend Elite.

Not only did James research the utilities permit file at the County prior to his visit to the home, he verified the permit records by measuring to the newly increased drainfield size, and then tested the system. He did recommend adding a riser top for ease of maintenance in the years ahead, since it was quite a dig to get to the lid. I have had similar experiences over the years with JR from Stuart Plumbing at various condos and job sites o fly customers, and his team's work has always been exceptional. I didn't realize they did septic inspections, and I can now also highly recommend this company for inspections.
