I was in a covered slip before she moved me, so I didn't have to worry about rain. It rained the night she moved my boat and it ruined ALL my photos of my daughters kindergarten through college photos. Christmas, anniversaries, birthday celebrations ALL lost because she moved my boat without my permission. Then assistant dockmaster Frank stole two of my chairs that were on the dock while I painted my back deck. I never met anyone ruder than Frank, if he's getting a tip he'll be nice..maybe. I witnessed so much rudeness and inequities in the 25 years that I lived there...I could write a book... I don't miss their mismanagement at all. If you get on the wrong side of these people they will treat you very unfairly, because they have the power to remove you and your boat whenever they want to.

It has a lovely beach area, two swimming pools, and there are hammocks throughout the property. There are lovely views of the skyway Bridge and all of the boat traffic, which is very nice to see. If one has mobility issues, the resort is still very walkable. And one of the best parts is that it is pet friendly! Janesia at the front desk was wonderful even before I got there, very helpful answering questions prior to my arrival. She even helped me get my luggage to my room! Paradeco is a lovely coffee shop serving very creative coffee and tea drinks, as well as breakfast and lunch items. The Apple chicken salad sandwich was outstanding. And in the refrigerator case, they have these amazing peanut butter protein balls! The swimming pools had stations at each pool with water, as well as dispensers of sunscreen and aloe! They also had floats you could use. There was pool service for beverages too! We will definitely go back!

Never book a stay here, the pictures are misleading and catfishing people is probably the only way they're still in business. If I could rate it zero stars I so would.

I was on my way to go reserve the car from the original business when Moke Rentals pulled into the same parking garage with one of their vehicles. The gentleman was friendly and told me he had a pink car I could rent and his price was significantly better and had no incidental fee. I just had to provide my driver's license and go over some basic safety procedures. Plus, their vehicles held four people, which meant that my son and my family member I was with were able to go in the same vehicle. He gave me a discount on a price for two hours and we had a blast. The car connects to your bluetooth, so we were able to play our Spotify playlists, and it was a beautiful day, so we got to cruise around for two hours. It was exactly what I had hoped for. Bonus was that they had recently done a Christmas parade, so not only was the vehicle already cute, but it was decorated with tinsel for the holidays. The business owners have a wonderful sense of humor and were so kind. I absolutely recommend renting from them.

It's a nice walk from the eateries and shops up on Cleveland St and the scenery is lovely. It has a lovely park with several sculptures and nice areas to either sit or walk your dog, and the Clearwater/Tampa ferry lets off right here. We chose to walk out onto the tiny pier and watch the boats for a bit, watching the evening storm roll in and enjoyed the breeze. This is truly an asset for Clearwater.

When you have a dog it can be hard to find a beach to take them to and spend time not worrying…read moreabout other dogs or keeping them on a tight leash or just enjoying yourself, but I think we found the perfect spot for any dog that loves the water! This area is actually across the parking lot from the boat ramp, but it has its own parking meter (with plenty of parking) and ramp to get onto the sand! You'll know you're in the right area when you see the boat that has been brought ashore by the hurricanes. The actual boat ramp has plenty of parking, fish cleaning stations, areas to fish, and a public restroom! I highly suggest checking this place out because it has plenty of space and greenery to separate any other animals that may also be there! It does say on the sign that dog have to stay leashed, but we were able to let our dog run free because no one else was there for the majority of the time. We did see 3 other dogs for brief moments while we played with a ball and seashells! If you do come I highly recommend an extra long lead for you dog so you don't have to keep them closer but so they can play freely! It is also a great place to get on a paddle board or kayak as you can just walk right up to the water and it's clear enough to put your board in and stand/sit on it! Overall I believe this is a hidden gem that I'd love to keep that way, but I'd love my fellow yelpers to also have a place to go!

Bay Dr., just off Belleair Bluffs. This Pinellas County public park has 24 hour access with 108 boat trailer parking spaces, 98 car parking spaces, a fishing pier, five courtesy docks and 10 boat launches. There's also Belleair Bait & Tackle Co. for any sundries that you may need, a fishing pier, restrooms and a dog park/beach. The dog beach is along the south side of the park which is a hold over from before this park was last developed. FYI, your dog needs to be on a leash. Overall, this is a large public boat launch that's: 1) In an ideal location, 2) Clean and well kept, and 3) An awesome place just to hang out and fish or walk your pooch.
