But here Andrew comes over with his boat and he pumps out the boat in minutes, we're at other marinas it took us a half an hour. They have a heated poolAnd lots of parking space for cars to park in. I was in a covered slip before she moved me, so I didn't have to worry about rain. It rained the night she moved my boat and it ruined ALL my photos of my daughters kindergarten through college photos. Christmas, anniversaries, birthday celebrations ALL lost because she moved my boat without my permission. Then assistant dockmaster Frank stole two of my chairs that were on the dock while I painted my back deck. I never met anyone ruder than Frank, if he's getting a tip he'll be nice..maybe. I witnessed so much rudeness and inequities in the 25 years that I lived there...I could write a book... I don't miss their mismanagement at all. If you get on the wrong side of these people they will treat you very unfairly, because they have the power to remove you and your boat whenever they want to.

It said that the engine was a 2018, when it was actually 3 years older. Then, when I actually had made a deal with the salesman, and he printed out the pricing that we agreed on, I thought that would be what I would pay. NOT! I had the boat on their trailer, ready to be delivered to my house, and was sent into the office to have the paperwork completed before I went to get the certified check. The pig behind the desk handed me paperwork, and it said that I owed over $300 more than what the salesman's printout said! I showed it to the pig, he "oinked" back that even though the printout WAS PRINTED BY THEIR SALESMAN, IT WAS INVALID BECAUSE THE SALESMAN DIDN'T SIGN IT!! Well, the boat was already on the trailer, and I did want the boat, so I paid the extra blackmail money. These people are scum. There are plenty other places to buy a boat in the area; stay away from these thieves and blackmailers.

It has a lovely beach area, two swimming pools, and there are hammocks throughout the property. There are lovely views of the skyway Bridge and all of the boat traffic, which is very nice to see. If one has mobility issues, the resort is still very walkable. And one of the best parts is that it is pet friendly! Janesia at the front desk was wonderful even before I got there, very helpful answering questions prior to my arrival. She even helped me get my luggage to my room! Paradeco is a lovely coffee shop serving very creative coffee and tea drinks, as well as breakfast and lunch items. The Apple chicken salad sandwich was outstanding. And in the refrigerator case, they have these amazing peanut butter protein balls! The swimming pools had stations at each pool with water, as well as dispensers of sunscreen and aloe! They also had floats you could use. There was pool service for beverages too! We will definitely go back!

Sit back and let me tell you about my time at this north korean run marina. I've been a good…read morecustomer here for about 5 years. I always paid my storage fees on time and paid thousands in repairs. When you first get here, its easy to be complacent because it is nice visually. The grounds are neat and clean and the location is perfect for me. The marina area where you dock you boat is protected from the wind, which helps make docking much easier. This is where the fun ends. There is never anyone to help with docking. You have to tie up, and manually walk your boat the length of the dock to the forklift, not much fun at the end of day out on the water and in the sun. The wash racks are splintered husks of cracked wood that creak and groan mercilessly when they drop your boat down. It always sounds as if the hull of my boat will split apart. They covered this up with some cheap blue fabric. The service dept, if you can call it that, is a freken joke. Besides being an egregiously overpriced ripoff, the mechanics are morons. I can't tell you the sloppy ways my boat was left after being worked on. The grease marks on the vinyl, trash left by the helm, a total disgrace. They are so inept, management wont allow them to work on any other engines but Yamahas. Yes, that's correct! No Mercury, Suzuki or Volvo-Penta. So you're completely screwed if your boat has different engines. I wouldn't trust these guys with my lawn mower. The time has come to upgrade; so I'm now selling my boat, so I talked to one of the warden's minions, Jen. She's a total piece of work. I just assumed that I could buy a boat and just put in the spot I'm renting now. NO WAY! She recently told me the slip that I'm renting is for my boat only. As soon as I sell it, my spot is gone. The only way I can stay is to BUY a boat from them. Can you believe that b.s.? They won't work with any other dealers/brokers, so don't expect them to price match. SO, if I want to stay there, I'm being extorted (black mail) to have to buy a totally overpriced robalo, 4 winns or chaparral. She said they don't want me to buy a boat they don't sell. I'm now buying a custom made SeaFox 268 Commander from Black Label Marine. These guys are all about customer service. I highly recommend them before you even think about Indian springs. The boat I'm putting together is loaded and thousands less than one of their robalo's that has much less options. So be warned! Stay away from this marina at all costs! Once you bring your boat there you either have to keep the boat you have or get kicked out for upgrading/selling to a different boat. Unless of course, you buy from them and overpay by 75%. But....then they will have a spot for you to keep. What a deal huh?

When you have a dog it can be hard to find a beach to take them to and spend time not worrying…read moreabout other dogs or keeping them on a tight leash or just enjoying yourself, but I think we found the perfect spot for any dog that loves the water! This area is actually across the parking lot from the boat ramp, but it has its own parking meter (with plenty of parking) and ramp to get onto the sand! You'll know you're in the right area when you see the boat that has been brought ashore by the hurricanes. The actual boat ramp has plenty of parking, fish cleaning stations, areas to fish, and a public restroom! I highly suggest checking this place out because it has plenty of space and greenery to separate any other animals that may also be there! It does say on the sign that dog have to stay leashed, but we were able to let our dog run free because no one else was there for the majority of the time. We did see 3 other dogs for brief moments while we played with a ball and seashells! If you do come I highly recommend an extra long lead for you dog so you don't have to keep them closer but so they can play freely! It is also a great place to get on a paddle board or kayak as you can just walk right up to the water and it's clear enough to put your board in and stand/sit on it! Overall I believe this is a hidden gem that I'd love to keep that way, but I'd love my fellow yelpers to also have a place to go!

Bay Dr., just off Belleair Bluffs. This Pinellas County public park has 24 hour access with 108 boat trailer parking spaces, 98 car parking spaces, a fishing pier, five courtesy docks and 10 boat launches. There's also Belleair Bait & Tackle Co. for any sundries that you may need, a fishing pier, restrooms and a dog park/beach. The dog beach is along the south side of the park which is a hold over from before this park was last developed. FYI, your dog needs to be on a leash. Overall, this is a large public boat launch that's: 1) In an ideal location, 2) Clean and well kept, and 3) An awesome place just to hang out and fish or walk your pooch.
