The help number was completely useless and told me they can't help with lockouts on weekends. I got in touch with Bob, who responded within 10 minutes on a Saturday morning. I sent a photo of the lock to Bob and he was able to identify it as a high security lock that would not be openable without major damage to it. Bob went out of his way to contact apartment management through multiple phone calls, and got someone with a master key to help me out. Mind you this happened on a Saturday morning and I wasn't charged a dime. Would highly recommend Bob.

We were asleep but…read moreour Security Cameras recorded his "loitering and prowling" around our house, near our bedroom, den, etc., and we were shocked to see his activity the next day in the videos! (he was caught and charged by Police for the above crimes). Time for deadbolts on all exterior doors! We called Spory's who had changed our locks after we moved into our house 7 years ago, and Brian again arrived and did a GREAT JOB! He arrived exactly on time and worked diligently and very professionally in installing all new deadbolts. We feel very safe now with the new locks, our security cameras, and our security system. They got to it right away, and even though it seemed to be a bit of a challenge to extract the broken piece, only charged what I felt was an extremely reasonable rate. I wonder how many lessor locksmiths would have taken advantage of our situation and upped the charges accordingly. Fast, fair, honest, and friendly. I don't know what more you can ask for.

I should of walked away however due to the interesting conversation that the employees were having about charging clients who were locked out of their vehicles before preforming the unlocking I stayed. It was rather sad to hear these people say that they are perfectly fine with leaving someone out in the cold for not wanting to provide credit card numbers over the phone. PAY FIRST ! What if your purse or wallet is locked in the car ? They said they wouldn't unlock anyone who doesn't PAY FIRST despite having the form of payment in the car that they are unlocking, on top of that they make them sign a liability agreement that if they are unable to unlock or they damage your car they are not to be held liable! What a joke ! Good business to avoid in the future for myself and for anyone looking to be treated as a customer and not just a walking dollar sign.

Jody was very pleasant and efficient and reviewed my choices and the prices. When I shared the event which prompted me to upgrade security she moved heaven and earth to get me the earliest installation which was the next Day! Because they had to shuffle the schedule Nancy herself did the installation. She was quick, yet friendly and thorough, taking pains to be sure it was perfect. We did not need that. They wanted to use their own fobs, instead of the new ones we had on hand. At the end of it, we got what we needed done with what we had (our fobs did work) for a third of the price they attempted to up charge. People beware.
