Before I buckled my 2.5 year old in his car seat, I placed the keys in his cup holder. At some point while buckling him, the doors auto-locked. I did not realize that happened until after I closed the door -- unfortunately, with the keys still in the cup holder. As you can imagine, I panicked. Luckily, the van was parked in a partially shaded spot. However, the sun was shining through the windshield. I imagined the interior slowly heating up. However the trunk button wasn't working. He advised I share the vin and he'll reach out to the dealership to troubleshoot. I was able to get him the vin a week later. And he contacted the dealership. He contacted me and then came directly my house to fix the issue. What service! I appreciate his professionalism and care.
