I was less hesitant the second time because he kept his word the first time. The second time he canceled, and I asked him to reschedule, rather than refund the money. He agreed. After that, 4-1/2 weeks later, he has not rescheduled or communicated about rescheduling. I said to return the money, since he is not rescheduling.
