Basically the job that he did for us was worth about 1/10 of what we paid. We paid to have irrigation done in our backyard because we have real grass. It was not done properly. The irrigation can't handle the grass so every year we have to come up with a solution. The subcontractor that Jeff used is honest and told us that they cut corners. So now we are paying the subcontractor directly to redo our irrigation. We had a travertine patio done also. I recently found out that the travertine that was installed is from at least 3 different color palates. It is most likely scraps from other jobs that we paid full price for. Our job was done during Covid and I'm sure travertine was hard to find, but the fact that he never told us we were getting scrap travertine is so deceptive. It is cracking and falling apart and should be guaranteed, but they won't stand behind it. Every single tree, bush, flower, and I mean literally every one that they planted died within a few months. They give you a short warranty period and then won't stand behind their work. Weirdly, they said that the business had been sold since we had our work done. This was said via email. When we were speaking with a pool company that works with them, they said Jeff Held is still the owner. Another lie. I have heard from other neighbors that used him and were happy with the work that was done, so I don't know why we were so mistreated. We are pretty easy to work with and just ask for honesty and communication. We got neither. Stay far away from this company. Beyond disappointed in their customer service.

I actually created a Yelp account just to write this review. In over 20 years of living in Phoenix, I have never had a worse experience with a service company. They came to my elderly parents' house to repair two leaks in their sprinkler line. The technicians fixed both leaks in about 30 minutes. Before they left, my father specifically asked if there was any warranty on the work. They said that because the sprinkler system was very old, they couldn't offer a general warranty, but if either of the two repaired spots started leaking again, they would come back and fix it. Less than 20 minutes after they left, one of the exact repair locations started leaking again. I immediately called the office. The woman who answered insisted it wasn't the same leak--it was a "new" leak. I explained that it was leaking from the exact spot they had just repaired, so it clearly wasn't a new issue. At that point, her attitude became very rude. She started raising her voice and telling me that I wasn't listening to her. She then said they would not return because the sprinkler system was too old. My biggest issues are: If the system was truly "too old" to repair, they should never have accepted the job or charged my elderly parents $60 in the first place. In over 20 years of owning a home in Phoenix, I have never had a repair fail in less than 20 minutes.The technicians specifically told my father they would come back if either repair started leaking again. Less than 20 minutes later, the office completely reversed that promise. That kind of inconsistency makes this company very difficult to trust. I understand that older sprinkler systems can develop additional leaks over time. However, this wasn't a leak somewhere else in the yard--it was at the exact location they had just repaired. Refusing to stand behind work that failed almost immediately is unacceptable. Bottom line: I would not recommend this company to anyone needing sprinkler leak repairs. Based on my experience, they did not stand behind their work, and the customer service afterward was even more disappointing than the failed repair itself

This included grading out the areas that had been accessed when the pool was built. Our rock areas were refreshed and some irrigation supplies fixed. The Team was punctual, accessible and very dedicated in their work. As we were very pleased we then had Jurassic undertake regrading our front yard including removal of a tree and existing plants. Once the front was graded we had a new block paving path. borders, rock, irrigation and lighting installed along with 2 areas of artificial grass.
