(I thought it odd that a repair/replacement of a liner surrounding a tire didn't require the removal of the wheel, but it apparently doesn't.) I was a customer of Dave's and was disappointed to see that they had been taken over by B Street. However, I found the new shop to be very clean, attractive, modern (but with cool old automotive signs) and spacious, and the people are just as friendly and professional. The work got done as fast as possible and they took care of dealing with my insurance company when my insurance company was dropping the ball. I HOPE I never have to come back, since that means something bad has happened to my car but I would not hesitate to return to B Street - Irvington if that was the case. RECOMMENDED!

Tony, as my witness, I just asked the owner when he'd have it so we'd have an idea if insurance would cover. His response was "Im the boss and you are going to have to just deal with it." Ok...two weeks later we get the estimate insurance made up and written on there the owner put "No longer interested in fixing this car thank your wife." He also sent the check that insurance sent to him written void. I only spoke to the owner two times during this. Once trying to get information and share what our agent said about the alleged $17k full car paint job he told tony would not be covered and then again on when we should expect the estimate from him. He was very rude and demoralizing both times to me.

After dropping off my truck from hitting a deer they had all repairs complete in three business days. I work in body repair and painting myself. I can never find a flaw in their work. They go above and beyond what you would expect doing additional things such as a car wash and cleaning floor mats, just to name a couple of things. I also had an LED Ram emblem on the broken grill. I asked them to put the grill in the back so I can put in on my new grill. They installed it on the new grill for me. I highly recommend using B&K. You won't be disappointed.
