I have attempted to call multiple times again with no one answering the phone a little confused as to why Ron is not responding back to me. My mechanic told me that this should be covered under the warranty that Ron provided with getting our Transmission changed which ways a lot of $$$$ Ron seemed like a really nice guy and I really appreciated him getting my van done right away, However, I'm really confused as to why he's not addressing this issue that I'm having now I hope he sees my review and gives me a call ASAP

When I picked it up I was told that it had I vibration and shifted hard but was told it was an electronic "learning" transmission and that the issues would clear up after driving for awhile. Well now I am at home in Kentucky and the truck is not getting better and has to go into a transmission shop here at my expense. NEVER EVER use this shop. The owner, Ron Sr. also has no people skills and if you question his work he will get mad and who know what kind of work you will get done.
