Great Smog Service! Mohammed is a very patient and professional mechanic. Everybody at the shop is. They fix it right the first time. No having to go back and fix random stuff that pops up later. No upcharges. They're fair and honest and tell you if you need the work or not. They don't pressure you into anything, and to me that is RARE. I don't meet mechanics like that anymore. It's good to know there are some still around. I come down from West LA just to have them look at my car because it's worth it. Unfortunately, my 2009 Acura developed a mechanical problem as my wife and I began the drive home to Glendale after dining in Anaheim with some friends. Various warning lights came on and the car shuddered and would only drive slowly. We called Auto Club and they directed us to this repair shop which was nearby and supposedly had a night-drop. We were able to limp there without a tow and, to my surprise, a mechanic was working in an open bay after 10 PM Sunday (Feb. 25). He introduced himself and wanted to know how he could help. He gave us his card, with the name "Mohammad" on the top, so I assume that is his name. He stopped what he was doing and immediately began diagnosing our problem. In short order, he believed he had located the problem and called a parts shop which (amazingly to me) was open until 11 pm. After I completed some simple paperwork, he drove to the parts shop before they closed and obtained the necessary parts. He replaced the faulty part with admirable and expert speed, reset the car system, and then checked fluid levels, topped off the low window washer fluid, and offered to check tire pressure. Everything worked perfectly. I WAS BEYOND IMPRESSED! He showed me the receipt for the parts he got and said he would only charge for those costs. I insisted on tipping him, for which he graciously thanked me. We had an uneventful trip home. read more

Great local mechanic, very fair prices in regards to the service. I had them fix the front brakes on my wife's 2011 pilot, and replace the rotors cause one side wasnt able to be resurfaced and the brakes were on metal. I got there at 8am on a Saturday morning and was driving home by 930am. They offerred cold water while you waited and john my mechanic showed me the parts before he replaced them.
