He told me they were in the back and that he would ask the floor manager to bring some up. The manager comes to the front of the store and yells at the elderly man working the register and states if they want the pellets they can buy the one that's up here I am not going to bring another pallet up just because you asked for it. The white bags are here and if they want pellets those are the one they get. Mind you I have bought my pallet of pellets from this location 3 yrs in a row, same product. I will not be buying them from this location and personally felt really bad for the way the guy at the register was spoken too. No respect for the older gentlemen and zero respect for the customer, funny thing is the next customer walked in and asked the same question as I did about the red bag pellets that they have been using for years. That's the best indication. They recently lost their groomer. I am hoping they replace her because it's a nice ancillary service.

The staff here are helpful in you need anything and some staff are friendlier than others. We bought our dog some non-raw hide chews to bring back to her and of course, she was happy with her little gifts. The poor reviews must be habitual malcontents cause this family run business is all about the pet…read more They've rescued and cared for special needs dogs that would have ordinarily been euthanized. Big hearts abound here. I've boarded with them a couple of times from a one-day stint to a couple of overnighters. Dogs went in health and happy and I got them back the same way. They socialized with other dogs and employees and were good and tired when I got them back so I know they got to run and play all day. Isn't that what it's all about anyway?

We've brought our older dog here for years and have always had a great experience. When we brought…read moreour puppy in for the first time, we were a bit worried because he has a lot of energy. We figured we may get a call stating that he was too restless to groom, so we weren't surprised when we got a call. When we went to go pick him up we were told he was aggressive. I apologized profusely as he's never been aggressive before. I was told this was "not a fear based aggression", and that we need to get a trainer. I was so upset and embarrassed to hear this about my dog. When we got back to the car he was shaking, which I've never seen him do, and we noticed his back paws each had a nail that was torn off and bleeding. We have a trainer and I explained to her exactly what I was told and she assured me that my dog has never shown any signs of aggression with her, fear based or otherwise. Her professional opinion was that something triggered him and scared him and he was pushed too far. It felt as though they wrote him off as a bad dog and that was that. They were not even aware that he was bleeding when I called back later. I'm sure he did that himself by accident, but there was blood in our car and in our house, so it's concerning they didn't even notice.
