Went there today to get my kids hair cut. After entering the shop no one greeted us or said anything to us but we sat down anyways. The barbers were busy cutting their clients hair. In the background there was loud music which I don't mind music but every other word was a bad word. The song finished and another song with a lot of explicit language followed after another. We still hadn't been acknowledged or told anything and it was then I decided that I just couldn't be in there anymore. Didn't change my situation as the girl continued to sit the guy who just walked in 5 minutes before. I just got up and left. Yesterday, I was looking for quick cut. As I browsed through Yelp, I came upon La Barberia. I went there, the place was not welcoming, they told me to take a number, like I was in Vallarta buying meat. No interactions. So I looked at Yelp again and saw on the top list Johnny's Barbershop who have great reviews from customers, unlike La Barberia who have numerous complaints in the reviews. I left and went to Johnny's Barbershop where my boy Pascual hooked me up with a clean razor fade. He was also friendly, humble, and down to earth. I would highly recommend and support them. Always slow on weekdays mid day and the owner Juan that cuts hair is really good and fast. He's got 3 TV's, sometimes music on TV. I only wish he accepted credit cards, cash only. $12 a cut. read more

My son, who is 4, won't go anywhere else. He loves "Mr. Johnny" and will only let Johnny cut his hair. Johnny (the owner and barber) is patient with my son, talks to him like all the other guys that come in, and always gives him a great cut.
