And I loved the natural, easy-going, and simplistic approach on her style of photography. Her rate includes a 2 hour shoot and editing with 100+ images on a CD in addition to unlimited outfit changes. She had a couple of ideas for the poses along with incorporating some of ours. We had a lot of fun working with her! She would engaged us actively throughout the session. And, it's no surprise our photos came out looking so genuine. We did most of the session in her home studio as well as the remaining time for an outdoor shoot in a nearby park. For a small time business family photographer, you can't go wrong with Aggie who also has two sweet little ones of her own. It's amazing how all those shots came together so effortlessly. We had the most terrible experience with Ruban events and the lead designer Ruma. They agreed to do…read morethe decor for our wedding and accepted our cash deposit but then refused to send us a contract and ultimately told us they couldn't do the decor **a week before** our wedding. We asked Ruma several times to send us a contract because we wanted to make sure we were locked in and all the terms for clear. Ruma refused and kept claiming they were too busy to do so. I even tried asking for an ETA and she refused to give one. That was an immediate red flag to me. Their design portfolio is also very outdated and they are very inexperienced. When we tried to ask them for past examples of work they've done, they had no portfolio to show. Unfortunately Ruban events is inexperienced and incapable of working on large projects, which we learned the hard way since we had to scramble to find a decorator last minute. Their customer service is abysmal and they make false promises. For every married couple, I would avoid this decorator!
