He assured me that there was sufficient time for my product to be made would be available within my requested time frame. I received it a day after the expected date.I was very clear on my design preference and color scheme. When I received the product it was partially what I wanted and never received a call that a change to my design would be made . I texted Paul to let him know the product wasn't what we agreed on( as I received my delivery from his assistant, whom I also made aware it was not what I requested). I have yet to receive a reply. It's shame because I wanted to be able to do more projects but this gave me a bad view of the integrity of the business . I think if he had the courtesy to let me know he did the change before I received the product , it would have been better. Quality Customer care doesn't end once you receive payment. The work wasn't bad but it wasn't what I wanted and that made it disappointing experience .

Rex and his partner were communicative, thoughtful, and just as excited for our pre-wedding shoot as we were. We have a small dog with us, and they also captured the moment perfectly. We have so much fun working with them, and enjoy every moments of the shooting period. We hired them for 8 hrs pre-wedding shoot, including a 2 hrs night shoot. But in fact, we worked more than 9 hrs. We forgot the time as everyone was excited with the firework shoot. ISO Frame Studio is well-priced for the area, and we love all of the things that were included in the shoot. Her style is exactly what I was looking for: Fun, vibrant, candid, authentically NYC, and keeping true to the kid's character. Her photographer's eye is incredible, and the composition of her shots is truly art. She picked the best spots for our family shoot and was so kind and patient and worked so well with my fussy toddler who will *not* pose or stand still for more than a few seconds. Despite the fuss and the sweltering 90+ degree summer heat, she got a ton of gorgeous, incredible shots that perfectly captured my kiddo's glee and happiness :). I accepted your offer of a free album in lieu of a partial refund, which, honestly, is what I really wanted. I thought it was an act of good faith. For what it's worth, we've looked at it once, and we just get angry all over again. Our wedding was on a Sunday night - so yes, quite a few folks left after DINNER (not cocktails, as you falsely state), but there were plenty of opportunities to get everybody. The real issue, which you have once again chosen to ignore, is the fact that one of us doesn't have a bridal portrait because your assistant Matt was rude and neither of you bothered to try to fix the situation. Instead, you drank our booze, checked your phone, and ignored the guests. Go ahead, look at our pictures. You will see that there are no shots beyond the dance floor of the same group of people, because Pete and Matt didn't make any effort to capture anybody else. After posting our review, several folks reached out to us privately to say how unhappy they were with you and that many of their guests were missing as well. Perhaps we're the only ones who made our grievances public, but rest assured, we are NOT the only unsatisfied clients.
