We had the most terrible experience with Ruban events and the lead designer Ruma. They agreed to do…read morethe decor for our wedding and accepted our cash deposit but then refused to send us a contract and ultimately told us they couldn't do the decor **a week before** our wedding. We asked Ruma several times to send us a contract because we wanted to make sure we were locked in and all the terms for clear. Ruma refused and kept claiming they were too busy to do so. I even tried asking for an ETA and she refused to give one. That was an immediate red flag to me. Their design portfolio is also very outdated and they are very inexperienced. When we tried to ask them for past examples of work they've done, they had no portfolio to show. Unfortunately Ruban events is inexperienced and incapable of working on large projects, which we learned the hard way since we had to scramble to find a decorator last minute. Their customer service is abysmal and they make false promises. For every married couple, I would avoid this decorator!

You can also bring your own accessories and other outfits to change into. The room is set up with different complementary themes for a fun variety. I appreciated the freedom to express myself in front of the camera, boisterously laugh with my friend, and take unlimited shots to ensure we captured the perfect ones. At my pace. I got the package of 6 poses that cost about $275-295 after tax about $300-310. The shipping to very long so I kind of forgot about the photos. But they came today and I can't say that I am satisfied. The photos have a blurred filter on that is suppose to just remove blemishes but it removed more than blemishes it removed my skin texture and my eye wrinkles, which made eyes look smaller then they actually are. I was made aware the photos on the website were unedited but I was not made aware or given the option to keep them unedited or not. So some of my pictures don't even look like me. But if you want weird photographers that might touch you, long shipping, overly expensive packages, to not even look like yourself by the end of it, book with them. P.S. The one star is because they arrived that's about it
