Unfortunately the gal that helped me wasn't very on top of things. She left 3 sensors on different items. They caught the 1st one and when we beeped again it was dismissed due to my son having a GameStop bag. So on to the next store and low and behold, I was beeping again. I was also not charged for a pair of jeans. I learned this when I tried to return them. I was told that they weren't on that receipt. I assured the (new) gal that I had only been shopping once in the last year at their store and if they weren't on that receipt, she should probably keep them. She said she couldn't accept them back if they weren't on the receipt. I don't get it. So, I have an extra pair of jeans ... ?? This just doesn't seem right.

I went in for an exchange for a smaller size. My bf got me some Align leggings and I didn't know I'm supposed to size down compared to their other leggings. The store was clean for how busy it was. The line went pretty fast too. Their prices are very expensive, but they do feel really nice on when you wear their clothing.

There are multiple franchises throughout the south (and prob all over the states) and I first discovered UC years ago in TX. They give you more bang for your buck when it comes to buying your clothes compared to other similar stores, though they are somewhat picky and want to buy for the season or trends, which is fair. If you're selling, they will offer more value in store credit vs cash. Getting store credit is usually my go to since I love to shop whenever I'm here since they always have a good selection of clothes, jewelry, shoes, and other accessories. They rotate inventory by the seasons so you will always find something you may or may not need lol. Plenty of fitting rooms that are always clean. This location has a locked bathroom which is also very clean. Plenty of parking out front as well, including designated spots just for the shoppers which is nice. The sales staff are always welcoming and nice to chat with. They do a pretty quick job with turning over the items that they have to look through, but sometimes it does take a while and you do have to stay in the store for things to be expedited per their store policy, though that can possibly change in the future. Make sure you allocate enough time to chill in the store if you're selling. Overall, they have an amazing value on their relatively trendy items, and they often have color tag sales and I've seen some as cheap as a dollar per item, which is insane! Definitely one of my best kept secrets that I am happy to share with others since thrifting and upcycling is the way to go if you care about the earth.

Check your prices Before leaving because I have gotten ripped off by buying things overly priced that I would not have paid full price for. I never feel welcome, but the only nice employee that I have noticed seems to be Justin. Honestly, if Justin didn't work there, I probably would have quit shopping a long time ago there. Justin is the only one who doesn't seem fake or like it's a performance to be kind. If you sell clothing there, Riker, the black girl, and the girl with glasses will complain the entire time. The blonde, who's in the marketing videos, will literally make fun of you to your face when you walk off or to other customers. I've clearly seen it several times. I have literally heard a lady with glasses and a ponytail make fun of an elderly lady as she leave. I can't imagine the things they say about each customer once they leave. It's very hurtful. It's a shame that bullying goes on even with adults or people who do not want to do their job complain about going through items or customers coming into the store who they don't feel are good enough. I was excited for this location, but it definitely is the least friendly of all the ones in Oklahoma that I visit. Yes, they greet you when you walk in, but they're definitely talking badly about you. I hear it. I have given them many chances, and I still think that they do have a cool store in the area. Just be prepared to be talked about and bullied. I honestly do not think that it's that bad if Justin's working, but once he's not overlooking, I've noticed they are not very friendly whatsoever. The location is great, but I cannot wait until they actually have nice employees who aren't faking it or talking about you when you're clearly still in the store or after you just walked out.
