This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom rental home is located in Franklin, TN which is about 20 minutes outside of the heart of Nashville and it's BEAUTIFUL and incredibly reasonably priced. We loved that it was outside of the heart of downtown because we could relax and really fully enjoy the vacation feel of this home during the day, but then could easily get a driver into the city to party it up at night. We used the car service that the owners of the property recommended, Westhaven Carriage, and they were INCREDIBLY professional. You can tell the owners of this rental home take a lot of pride in their home, from the impeccable Italian inspired interior, to the modern amenities (two dishwashers and a tv in every room for example), and the screened in porch that became our go-to hang out place (even in 90+ degree weather)...everything fit just the way we needed it to for this vacation/celebration. We pretty comfortably had 10 people sleeping in the home (2 people per bedroom plus an extra person in the master bedroom bc it was ENORMOUS and 1 person sleeping on the sectional in the TV room). Although we didn't get to explore Franklin as much as we would have liked (remember it was a bachelorette party)...it's a very historic town and really has its own great character as the icing on the cake to being so close to Nashville.

Highly recommend getting the combined museum and Loretta Lynn's (LL) house tour ticket. Our tour guide didn't seem very excited. My hubby thought she wasn't feeling well. But I could see how the right guide could take the tour to the next level. A replica of LLs old KY home is furnished with personal items, like her parents shoes. Very endearing. A replica of her tour bus is inside the museum, and you can walk through it. The actual bus is in the parking lot of the museum. The museum is quite the gem. So many beautiful gowns, and memorabilia from LL long career, as well as many other artists. Growing up, my dad would play guitar and sing Kaw-liga, so the wooden statues brought that happy memory up. Highly recommend!

As soon as Samantha learned it would be a bachelorette party she had apparently made her mind up about not giving us our deposit back. She was incredibly rude, hostile and unprofessional. Let me also add that it was a party of mid-30s to 40 year old mothers...not a bunch of 20 something's looking to rage. We were accused of damaging property which couldn't be farther from the truth. Apparently Sam noted calcifications on the stove top, and if you know anything about chemistry you would know that calcifications don't happen in the 72 hours that we were there. Also accused us of bringing in sand and leaves...leaves maybe from our shoes but it was not intentional. but were never in contact with any sand. Our group was quite respectful of the beautiful property, and it's a shame that the owner is a miserable person. The porch was by far our favorite, having coffee out there each morning. We were so excited for this location and we discussed making it an annual trip as we loved this location. But honestly probably not unless we get an apology for the treatment we received and obviously our deposit back. The owner refuses to show time stamped photos to her claims to prove we in fact caused the damages she is claiming we causes. Please also note the house sleeps 10 people. We had 10 people. Each day we took out a bag of trash. Yes we did accumulate a lot of trash as we cooked and ate at the house. But all our trash was cleaned up and put in the location specified.
