I'm so happy to have this local grocer right across the street from me. I can get fresh and tasty fruit and vegetables every day for lunch and dinner. The staff know everyone by name and are always friendly. Don't be surprised if they suggest you take an apple or throw in an orange to try for free every now and then.
The owner's daughter sometimes comes in on a weekend and plays her guitar which adds a nice atmosphere. I love walking by and looking at all the flowers for sale around the perimeter as well.

It's a bit more pricey that Woolies/Coles but the quality seems nicer and I love the convenience of getting everything fresh daily so I buy nearly all my fresh produce from them now.
The minimum credit card spend is $20 which is a bit high. Sometimes I don't have cash and end up buying more than I need just so I can use a card. I'd love for it to be $10. read more
