Daniel and his team of Dani and Sam showed up Thursday morning with the paint and got right to work. They finished on Saturday. They treated my house as if it were their own. So glad I picked this contractor and got this team of people on my job.

We contacted CertaPro to repaint a room in an old Victorian house that had pealing lead paint. We…read morechose them because they are EPA certified and were upfront about the details of the house and the fact that we were contacting them to repair a wall with lead paint. They came out and looked at the room, gave us an estimate, had us sign a contract and put down a deposit, then delayed the job twice claiming to be behind schedule on other jobs before finally breaching their contract with us and saying they couldn't handle the job at all because it would involve sanding a wall that might have lead paint--which is the exact reason that they have the EPA certificate. They wasted an entire month of our time and our tenant's time before admitting they can't do the job they are certified to do. Their owner was polite enough to call us and explain when they dropped the job, but we cannot recommend the company and don't understand why they are EPA certified.
