Anthony and his team are one of the few contractors I've hired over the years that has been incredibly responsive, accomodating, and always on time. He communicated well, and he or his team were always on site within 15 minutes of stated arrival. When he couldn't fit the large job in his schedule in the next 2-3 weeks, he volunteered to come out and paint our nursery that weekend on his own time so that we could get that room situated before the arrival of our baby. He came back to us that same day with a fair quote and was very responsive and friendly with the several follow-up questions we asked in the next days. His brother Dominic and other employee, Blake, were the ones that actually did the work in our home over the course of 9 days. They started by removing some wall paper and then spent numerous hours filling countless holes and cracks in our walls and ceilings. They tried to seal off the areas they were working in in order to minimize the dust as much as possible. They were very diligent at filling all the cracks and holes and smoothing them out so that they were no longer visible. They did several ceilings, a few bedrooms, trim, a living room, kitchen, and hallways, including two staircases. We actually added to the scope of work a couple of times and they were very accommodating. As we were working from home the entire time they were doing the job, we saw first hand how hard they worked throughout the day. They even came back for an extra couple of hours one day to make sure a blemish was fixed. They really went the extra mile, giving it their all and the results showed. We are very happy with how everything turned out! On top of a great outcome, it was a pleasure having them in our home. They were very respectful and friendly, and did a better job of cleaning up at the end of each day than any other contractors we have had in our home. The biggest part was to undo the work that a previous contractor did which was totally unprofessional and incomplete. They did an amazing job with that bigger project and made quick work of the other, smaller tasks too. Even more important, they worked really clean and were super flexible: we scheduled our project when our family traveling over the holidays. This cut our project time down, since they didn't need to take down and put up plastic sheeting every day. They were able to work with our schedule, and we came back and the house was super clean, no dust or paint splatters. Wish we'd gone with them in the first place. At one point these guys showed up at my house outta the blue; knowingly came into my home without my permission to do more crappy work. I told the owner Jason that his workers trespassed my home while i was in the hospital... , and his response? "At least they finished the floor." Continued sharing my direct experience with his company, and the owner responded that was its my word against there workers. smh I couldn't believe my ears. The floor they installed is a disaster, full of cracks and gaps, and they refuse to put down molding, claiming it doesn't come with a brand new floor. So They don't care that dirt and moisture will seep into those gaps and eventually ruin the floor underneath! The job wasn't properly assessed for an accurate quote as they informed me they ran out of budget and abruptly left the property an unfinished mess with trash scattered over my porch, and other areas. It was then they trespassed without my knowledge in an attempt to finish the job beyond my availability I had already discussed and made very known that all work must be complete before my surgery. Prior to them ignoring my instructions and violating my privacy anyway, The owner texted me, threatening that he will not correct or complete any of the work unless I removed my completely justified negative review.
