From start to finish CertaPro Painters handled my job with true professionalism and expertise. William Bridge came to my house and gave me an estimate. The estimate was in writing and everything I wanted was spelled out in our contract. If I made changes the contract was updated accordingly. The pricing for the job was right in the middle of the estimates I received. The painters came on time and did a fantastic job. The job was so perfect I couldn't believe Milton's flawless work. I've never had a painter who gave me what I expected. On top of his top notch work someone came out everyday to make sure the job was done right. Terrible messy job! I hired them to remove wallpaper and paint. Worst job I have ever had! I don't know where to begin. There were drip marks, wallpaper glue left on the woodwork and was just painted over, blue paint dripped onto the white woodwork, wallpaper not removed and peeling up, uneven caulking, unpatched walls, unpainted areas altogether, paint on the hardwood floor. And on and on. They left in such a hurry that they didn't replace the wall plates over the outlets and switches. The supervisor came afterwards at my request and said it was the worst he's ever seen! My experience, horrible for the following reasons: 1). Poor communication- too many people in their system. Salesman, supervisor, scheduler, manager, and painter for a small job. 2). Poor results. Ceiling blemishes not addressed and poor coverage. Painter was in a hurry to have his lunch in our family room. Not professional. 3). They do not keep their promises. Local manager agreed that the ceiling needed a redo. The redo was scheduled several times. There were four no-shows without any notice that they were not coming. 4). Language issue. The painter did not speak English making communication difficult at best. 5). Most phone calls were not returned. Overall poor quality and service. Please be wary of using this company! Very poor service! We contracted with CertaPro of Bucks County to have our house painted. They came by twice to review the house and make sure everything was in order. Two days after the final time they stopped by they were to start work. They came to the house and because some moulding was not in place and two cabinets were not installed said they couldn't paint the house. This made no sense to us, because they were there two days earlier and we were clear that some pieces of molding would be missing and we could cover that later. We tried to get this resolved with their management, but they were completely unhelpful. We ended up asking for a refund, which they gave, and had to contract with another painter. read more

AKA Central Bucks Painters Hired them to stain my deck. They caused over $20,000 in damage because they got stain all over my siding (ground level all the way up to the top of the second floor), got stain all over my car, got stain all over my outdoor furniture, and damaged most of the deck's wood with a pressure washer. They were given several attempts to fix the problems, and each time more problems were created. Their insurance company paid roughly $16,000 towards the damage, but they would not cover the damage to the deck because the insurance company considered that workmanship which was not covered under their policy. After the insurance settlement, I am out roughly $5,500 for repairing the deck. read more

A sales rep came to our house to give us an estimate for painting a bedroom, woodwork in our kitchen plus two walls in our kitchen, and two new outside doors. It is not a very large job. I have never heard back from the sales rep with an estimate. I emailed twice, and my husband left a voicemail. Nothing. If they felt that the job was to small, or just didn't want to do it, the sales rep should have just said so. Very unprofessional to say the least! read more

Certa Pro is a Great company to work with. I have used Certa Pro for $1k painting job and have also worked with them on $100k+ jobs. The way they do proposals makes everything very clear so there is not confusion for items being missed. This was some of the worst customer service I've ever received. Didn't show up to complete the job (twice), the painters, office, owner or project manager never communicated or called me. No apologies or offer of a discount. The job was mediocre: paint splatter on house, didn't scrape paint off windows, paint spilled on carpet, not enough coats in some areas, etc.). These guys are the worst painters I have ever seen. Nice guy came out and inspected my windows for painting and submitted a very convincing proposal. Once the nitwit painters arrived they did nothing as stated on the proposal. Tried to paint over mold ( they were suppose to clean). If I was not at home at the time they would of painted over the mold. Contracted for two coats of paint and received one coat. Paint chips in my landscaping and paint on the siding. The topper they broke a window then denied they did it. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS AS THEY ARE LIARS AND VERY POOR PAINTERS. read more

These guys were great! I had wallpaper that needed to be taken down before my walls could be painted. They sealed the room off, got the wallpaper off, sanded down the walls and by the end off the day I had a beautiful sunroom! It's just the way I had envisioned it! read more
