The store is accessed through an escalator - there is also a mobility style lift which isn't too user-friendly as it involves opening and closing the door yourself and then holding down a button and hoping it works - sometimes there's even a delay for it to work to the point the lift can go down and stop, even though it should be continuing - scary. (Why isn't there a help button to call a staff member in case it doesn't work?) The product range is okay but again it doesn't compare with nearby locations of Clas Ohlson as well as the overall feel of the store in terms of features, layout and service being a slight decline. 2*

The store is really packed with stuff so difficult to navigate but I seldom just walk in and buy something. I have either checked inline and go in to buy it or even bought online and then go in and pick up here. The selection is good considering the small space and they manage to stay competitive on price as well so great example of brick and mortar shop staying competitive and using e-commerce to strengthen their business. Always friendly and fast service is also a big plus.

Perhaps not the best or biggest Clas Ohlson store in town but this is still a decent store located…read morein Stockholm County's Mall of Scandinavia, Solna but it still is a fairly decent sized location which stands out in the shopping mall. Surprisingly common with Clas Ohlson stores in Sweden - it is accessed by an escalator or lift to get onto the main floor - do be careful getting into the lift though as for some reason it had a ladder right outside, meaning a wheelchair user with a wide chair could struggle to get into the lift - and I can't help but feel cautious about its location as although it remained stable as it was collapsed it just seems a little dangerous to me - like an accident waiting to happen. Most items in the store were reasonably priced - and the selection was okay and this store might not be the best Clas Ohlson store I visited during my time in Stockholm, and trust me there was a lot - the staff could have also been friendlier compared to other branches, but this store still is pretty good and in a useful location to pick up some hardware or useful bits while shopping at one of the largest shopping centres in Northern Europe. 3*

This store may be small but it seems to have the best curated selection of handcrafted Swedish goods compared to others. It does mean one may have to look up and down in addition to sideways as yours truly did in order to find something :) I was about to walk out with something small when I saw a very nice necklace for my wife just below my field of vision in the showcase at the checkout. The owner will gladly explain everything about the merchandise. Highly recommended.
