Subsidiary Frigidaire is hiding under the name of their parent company, Electrolux. We purchased a new Frigidaire range, but installed 60 days later due to remodeling. Stovetop works, but not the oven. It was too late to return to store of purchase. Frigidaire customer service has been abysmal. We've been trying for over 30 days to get some kind of resolution. Customer Service phone number on Frigidaire website is not accepting calls. Online Customer Service Chat feature has been disabled. Found a customer service email, and received an automated "do not reply," but nothing further. Finally got a response via Facebook Messenger. After weeks of trying, only two replies on Messenger, and still no resolution. The Frigidaire product is inoperable, and their customer service is absolutely horrible. Fail. read more
