These guys are useless. The won't pick up the phone. They tell you that you are next in line for 20…read moreminutes. They tell you that you will get an SMS when your order is ready. And then they don't prepare your order! You can't get order status online. And again, they don't pick up the phone ... I had to wait 10 minutes outside and another 15 inside to get my order. So I am not really sure what this place is for. Ordering online and picking up is barely faster than ordering elsewhere and takes far more of your time.

It is well documented on the internet as well I realize now after the fact. Fine to buy cables and stuff I guess but I got an expensive screen there and it broke by the usb-c connector getting bent after 3 hours of use. They don't do anything about it other than send it off for service for at least a month. No replacement, not even saying they are sorry. Just rudeness from them. Otherwise I have liked Webhallen because they are quick but I have never experienced a worse customer support.

It might not be the biggest, most glamorous store you associate with Apple in big cities, in the…read morelarge old/new buildings - but this store, the only one in the Stockholm county (located at Täby Centrum a shopping mall just outside the city - interestingly shopping centres just outside the city are common, and are large too probably down to high taxes) but this store is still pretty good, one of three in Sweden. The store is pretty large, it is split into two different parts with the back of the store selling accessories for your phone including cases and screen protectors and being home to the "Genius Bar" - meanwhile the front of the store is dedicated to staff members who greet you with a smile and the latest Apple technology - the selection of the latter is probably just OK, with other stores having more tables packed compared to just a few models of each unit which is ample for a store of its' size, in its' location. I'm really surprised about some of the bad reviews this store gets - it is a real shame they don't have a location in central Stockholm but for a mall location this store is pretty good. For some reason, the Genius Bar does appear to be a little small and it seems it always booked up - for some things I can't even get an appointment at this location which I could back home in the UK, probably down to the nature of my problem - sometimes waits of just under a week are possible which needs working on. Overall, a really cool Apple store which "I'm a fan" of, it might not be as near-perfect and glamorous as its' other worldwide locations, with friendly staff and a good overall feel it does the trick - but could work on the stock of Apple technology to match other stores and waiting times and what the Genius' can actually do. 4*

I went to buy a laptop and had booked an appointment. We checked in at the store and they said…read moresomeone would be with me soon. The store was pretty empty but lots of staff were stood around chatting. No one came to talk to us. Meanwhile, people without appointments came in and were seen immediately. We waited for 40 minutes and asked a number of times if we could talk to someone as I really need a replacement laptop. We left without being seen. Super unimpressed. I expect better from somewhere that is supposed to have premium products and premium service.
