He went through the alternatives as well as reviewing the model she had chosen in some detail; he said he had just received this model and a few of them came already Windows installed. He explained the Office options. A support option (though not fully 24/7) was available which she specifically wanted since she travels extensively. He could maybe do a little extra deal as well. All this in excellent English. We decided to check all this out with an IT friend first before returning - they thought it was a great deal We returned a couple of days later when Morgan was next due in but we were too early for him and so we saw William instead. He too was excellent and informative...we double checked all the info and did the deal As we were leaving, I mentioned that I needed a new keyboard/cover for my iPad and that Logitec no longer made a (great) device specific version but only produced a general one which I had recently bought from Amazon - and which frankly is terrible. He thought a moment then rummaged around and found another model made by Deltaco which was lighter and half the price - and while still a generic version worked a treat - even with a Swedish keyboard, since the latest Logitec one had many of the function keys in different places anyway so you had to learn where everything was in any event So good on William and he made another sale A great place to shop

Media Markt is like an EU version of Currys PC World in the UK - this branch is rather large for a…read moremall location on the lower level of Gallerian. They stocked a good level of most technology items from laptops to USB drives even with a small accessories and Apple section (phone cases, latest phones), household appliances too. The staff around the store didnt seem too friendly towards me as they were to other customers, probably after realising I'm a tourist - or perhaps this was the language barrier? The stock in store was pretty good but I do feel they could have had a better selection of high end gaming PC's, the best they had was the lowest model of a HP Omen which had an I5 processor. They also had phone cases for every Iphone apart from the companies flagship model at the time - XS Max. One of the best stores of its' kind in Stockholm but still it has many negatives, some bigger than others including being the only store in a mall ever where you have to queue at the narrow, horrible checkouts to leave the store - even if you don't buy anything! 3*

I put money down to hold appliances and when I called the two numbers provided no one would ever pick up. I called again this week only to find phone number is disconnected. I drove by the business and it was locked up tight. Their business neighbors in the business park told me them have not see any activity in their space for a couple of weeks. They told me the business opens and closes periodically. Don't not use as they will take your money! D Garcia
