And then they don't prepare your order! You can't get order status online. And again, they don't pick up the phone ... I had to wait 10 minutes outside and another 15 inside to get my order. So I am not really sure what this place is for. Ordering online and picking up is barely faster than ordering elsewhere and takes far more of your time.

I wanted to post a warning to buy anything that can break from Webhallen. They are really lousy in…read moregiving service to help you with their products if they fail. It is well documented on the internet as well I realize now after the fact. Fine to buy cables and stuff I guess but I got an expensive screen there and it broke by the usb-c connector getting bent after 3 hours of use. They don't do anything about it other than send it off for service for at least a month. No replacement, not even saying they are sorry. Just rudeness from them. Otherwise I have liked Webhallen because they are quick but I have never experienced a worse customer support.

But during some maintennace work my son managed to distroy his card with a screwwdriver. We therefore had to buy a new card. Given the good support we have had so far we went to Inet at Sveavägen, and the advices we got was really helpful. If you don't have perfect knowledge about the PC- market and the products, my advice is that you to go to Inet and let them guide you to the best products for your needs. As long as they keep their service level this high I will buy my stuff at Inet and not look for just lower prices anywhere else.

Butik: Elgiganten - Motala

Clas Ohlson at Gallerian might not be the largest store in the Swedish hardware store chain and…read morethere are certainly nearby stores of the chain which are better but being within the shopping mall, it can be a useful backup location when it is busy which is the reasoning for the extra star. The store is accessed through an escalator - there is also a mobility style lift which isn't too user-friendly as it involves opening and closing the door yourself and then holding down a button and hoping it works - sometimes there's even a delay for it to work to the point the lift can go down and stop, even though it should be continuing - scary. (Why isn't there a help button to call a staff member in case it doesn't work?) The product range is okay but again it doesn't compare with nearby locations of Clas Ohlson as well as the overall feel of the store in terms of features, layout and service being a slight decline. 2*
