He explained the Office options. A support option (though not fully 24/7) was available which she specifically wanted since she travels extensively. He could maybe do a little extra deal as well. All this in excellent English. We decided to check all this out with an IT friend first before returning - they thought it was a great deal We returned a couple of days later when Morgan was next due in but we were too early for him and so we saw William instead. He too was excellent and informative...we double checked all the info and did the deal As we were leaving, I mentioned that I needed a new keyboard/cover for my iPad and that Logitec no longer made a (great) device specific version but only produced a general one which I had recently bought from Amazon - and which frankly is terrible. They stocked a good level of most technology items from laptops to USB drives even with a small accessories and Apple section (phone cases, latest phones), household appliances too. The staff around the store didnt seem too friendly towards me as they were to other customers, probably after realising I'm a tourist - or perhaps this was the language barrier? The stock in store was pretty good but I do feel they could have had a better selection of high end gaming PC's, the best they had was the lowest model of a HP Omen which had an I5 processor. They also had phone cases for every Iphone apart from the companies flagship model at the time - XS Max. One of the best stores of its' kind in Stockholm but still it has many negatives, some bigger than others including being the only store in a mall ever where you have to queue at the narrow, horrible checkouts to leave the store - even if you don't buy anything! 3*

If the stuff you want is in stock at the store you can reference the order ID immediately (some times I've done the shopping on the phone while being in the store, press submit, and then take a queue ticket). If you haven't been to Webhallen before it is good to know that this is not a store with miles of shelves which you can walk around. That's what you use the website for. In the store you just tell them what you need, and they descend into their storage space below and get it for you. This particular Webhallen does also have a lounge area with a small café decorated with references to games, particularly older Nintendo 8-bit games. This is where you get your fika in a geeky retro gaming way!

The store is huge and basically of all the shopping mall (Taby Centrum)'s third floor is devoted to this store and a few independents. The staff seemed friendly - even though there was a language barrier which was probably more common here with Taby being just outside of Stockholm centre (not the most touristy area), and they really did try to help however they can. For a store of its' kind I would have expected a better hardware selection including tools and perhaps strong glues however the product range here was pretty good with most items being reasonably priced but there remained a few exceptions to this observation. A pretty large Clas Ohlson store obviously and it did impress me enough to warrant four-stars.

The quality may not always be top notch but they have pretty decent prices. This location in the mall at Liljeholmen is usually not overly crowded and the staff are friendly and helpful so a little bit better than the average location of Kjell & Company. It is often worth checking in advance online if they have things in stock though as I have often found that things may not be in stock in all stores. Still always a good place to head to get all these small electronics things you didn't even really know that you needed.

The store is accessed through an escalator - there is also a mobility style lift which isn't too user-friendly as it involves opening and closing the door yourself and then holding down a button and hoping it works - sometimes there's even a delay for it to work to the point the lift can go down and stop, even though it should be continuing - scary. (Why isn't there a help button to call a staff member in case it doesn't work?) The product range is okay but again it doesn't compare with nearby locations of Clas Ohlson as well as the overall feel of the store in terms of features, layout and service being a slight decline. 2*

He even searched a pocket in my jacket without my consent (found my wallet). I told him I opened my backpack to get tissues and I showed it to him and he still did not let me go and kept trying to intimate me constantly saying that he saw me that I took something and in the end after he started realizing I did not he said that he asked me one last time if I steal something, to which I replied "I swear I did not" then he said he was going to trust me this time and let me go. I was blindsided and felt so nervous that I did not react as I should have which was to go to the manager of the store. I have called now twice but not sure if they will do something about it. I understand if they saw something suspicious they can ask costumers but not an excuse to intimidate or to put their hands in a jacket without consent. Terrible protocol. But worst experience as a customer specially being from outside of Sweden. Such a shame as Clas Ohlson is usually a nice place but never going to the one in Drottninggatan again in my life and suggest tourists to do the same!
