When I brought this up to the owners, thinking they would be understanding, I got the rudest tone. "We are not responsible for personal items, that's our policy" which actually in fact, that "policy" is no where on their website. Neil (co owner) then continued to say that it was my fault. That it is the customers responsibility to make sure the smock is on correct. Then when I sent over photos of the ruined shirt he followed up with photos of my finished hair and the top of my shirt (stain is located at the bottom...) saying "The color looks wonderful and your shirt looks great there is no stain. Have a great weekend". It is really unfortunate that an accidental stain on a $98 shirt has led to such poor and honestly, disgusting customer service. There has been no apology, no offer to replace the shirt, no refund of tip, nothing. So no. I do not recommend BonBon Hair Studio.

The couch has been removed to make place for merchandise. instead, they offer 2 chairs which are postioned in front of and to the side of the speaker pumping out the obnoxiously loud 'soothing' spa music. There is no place in the waiting room to escape the noise (and the cluttered, visual display of random merchandise). In the pedicure area, the music was just as loud. I expected a quiet, spa-like experience for my overpriced pedicure and was instead met with a cacophony of noise. Beyond disappointed in this dramatic downfall.
