He confirmed the day before, arrived on time, took care of us getting to the airline, and assured us he would be there for pickup. Incredible service!!!…read more This was the perfect choice for getting to the airport. Rudy was very pleasant and professional. He was prepared for our needs related to luggage and timing for our international flight. We had arranged for pickup on our return to San Diego. Again, Rudy was right there as we stepped up to the curb, totally prepared as before. This is best way to manage airport travel - so much more convenient and personal than other travel options; and also, more economical. Certainly beats trying to park near the airport and deal with shuttles. Perfect transportation option! We'll be using Rudy's assistance in the future.

We got stuck in Maui due to the Tsunami warning and missed our connecting flight home. Affordable Airport Transportation had great reviews and followed up with my request in minutes. We had our car booked 5 minutes later. When we arrived in LA, our driver Ahmad texted me that he was waiting for us. Gave us his location and we found him immediately. Even at midnight, LA traffic was backed up and several freeways were either backed up because of reduced lanes or completely closed, but Ahmed was familiar with the area and expertly navigated us around and got us home safe and sound and super quick. So glad we came across them. They backed up their promises and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future! Thank you!!!

Initially, I used for a large group executive Mercedes transfer vehicle for several hours. Everything was very well thought out, punctual, and kind service. They are even willing to extend and give quotes for extensions if needed even though it was unexpected. I appreciate that. Vehicle was top notch, clean, and had waters. Driver always easily available when needed and ready to go and very good with communication. Then started to use for airport drop off. Very lux service. Picked up with a Escalade always very clean and shiny in and out, driver always dressed up in a suit and tie (nice touch), and they help you with all your luggage on and off. Waters waiting for you after a long trip. Recently, had come back and was at a layover and forgot to set up a pick up and called Mike. He was able to arrange a pick up within hours. I really appreciate it bc after traveling for 24 hrs all you want to worry about is to go to sleep and this was one less thing off my plate to think about. So, thank you 5 Star Transportation Services for all you do! And yes, I highly recommend them. You can't go wrong. I will continue working with them. I have them as my contact on my phone now!
