Of course, like everyone, I dreaded to go but as soon as he said hello, he had me. -He said all the right things and kept saying them through the entire procedure. He talked about his favorite ice cream, and another hundred things that were quirky and funny the whole time. Did I need to retain any of that? No. Did he probably run this same schpeel 4 times earlier today already? Probably so and good for him. He found what works and he perfected it. I found it to be very distracting from what's going on by replacing the sounds and feels of dentistry with visuals of the stories he's telling. And he changes subject quickly so you never lose interest. Great tactics. Very nice man. You're in and out. Thank You!

My wife had recently had back surgery and getting comfortable laying back as needed (it was a front tooth) was going to be a challenge. the Staff was so accommodating and cheerful, getting her a blanket and a lumbar pillow , and gently placing it in position. When I ask why I need to pay upfront when I have not been seen, the receptionist responded, "That is our policy." I ask for an itemized breakdown of the costs to have an understanding of the costs, the office manager there named Cami became very rude to me and told me she canceled my appointment and told me I will not be seen there. I can tell she was very frustrated by my request to see the itemized breakdown and had a very nasty attitude. I felt harassed there enduring a very bad experience. I would not recommend anyone going there to experience that toxic environment.

My wife and I were very impressed with the treatment and care we received at Amazing Smile Dental Care. We were treated with respect, and every employee we interacted with was extremely friendly, caring, and helpful. Our dental hygienist Joyce was thorough, very knowledgeable, and gentle with her cleaning. She answered all of our questions and provided top notch care. The dentist Erene Iskander was also extremely knowledgeable, and has an eye for attention to detail. She did a great job explaining how procedures were done to ease my mind, and made us feel good about coming here. I've never had a crown done before, but I need one and she really made me feel better about the entire procedure by explaining step by step what needed done. The front receptionist handles appointments and insurance billing, she was very friendly, and gladly answered every question I had with precise detail. Finding a new dentist is tough, finding a good one is even harder, I'm glad we made the decision to come here.
