Has she had to cancel a time or two due to having to actually deliver a baby? Yes. Thats the nature of this specialty. I am honestly shocked by all of the negative reviews here. Dr Jensen has never been anything but forthcoming, honest and compassionate, especially during my times of pregnancy loss. I agree with the other reviewer that this feels like Duly has forced her out. The letter received about her departure was short and vague. If Dr Jensen is choosing to retire, why not just say that? Duly certainly has their hand in this one, once again putting profits over patients.

This did not bother me because I knew she was willing to spend as much time with each patient as they needed. She would stay and answer questions and was one of the most knowledgeable, caring, and hard working physicians I have ever known. I believe that Duly forced her departure with their neverending push for profitability. It just doesn't pay off for private equity when doctors spend too much time with the patients. I will be looking for a new doctor outside of the Duly umbrella. Good luck to you Dr. Jensen and thank-you for helping me bring my two amazing daughters into this world. You will be missed!!!

I am leaving this review in hopes that other young women are better informed and protected than I…read morewas. At 18 years old, I had an IUD placed at this clinic. I was supposed to receive a Kyleena, but was instead given a Mirena, which is typically recommended for women who have previously given birth. The insertion and post-procedure period were extremely painful, resulting in several days of debilitating pain and months of chronic discomfort afterward. Following placement, I developed a bacterial infection and was told it was likely due to my partner cheating, rather than being informed of the known risks associated with IUDs. Over the next several years, I experienced recurrent yeast infections and ongoing symptoms. When I contacted the office for help, I was repeatedly told I could not be seen for 7-10 days and that I should not treat the symptoms myself, an unrealistic expectation given the severity and frequency of the infections. I eventually expressed my desire to have the IUD removed after researching and strongly suspecting it was the root cause of my symptoms. I was told this was "not a good enough reason" to discontinue birth control or remove the device, and I felt dismissed and pressured to keep it despite ongoing harm. I kept the IUD for another year before finally having it removed against medical advice. Since removal, I have been symptom-free for the first time since the device was placed. This clinic failed to listen to me, failed to provide informed, patient-centered care, and failed to respect my autonomy. I strongly urge patients, especially young women, to advocate for themselves and seek second opinions if something feels wrong.

I've been seeing the six doctors in this practice for about two years now. 99% of the visits I've…read morehad have left me feeling happy to have them as doctors. Some of them are more careful to make sure you don't leave with unanswered questions, but none of them have made me feel rushed as if I couldn't initiate a Q&A time. The only reason I didn't give a higher rating was because I wasn't happy with how I was treated at the hospital while I was giving birth to my first child (a pretty important factor especially as I hope to have at least one more). The two doctors on call while I was in delivery were terrible (even though we had gotten along fine at regular check-ups). I felt unwanted pressure to have a C-section (which turned out to be unnecessary) among other things. I had been careful to express my wishes long before that day and I had been assured at check-ups that what I wanted was fine as long as an emergency didn't arise. Well, there was no emergency, but there I was, at the time when I least needed to have extra stress, feeling like I had to fight my physician to stay off the operating table. I've since seen one of those doctors at a regular check-up and the attitude was great, neither of us was harboring any hard feelings. I will continue to see them for my regular care, but if I get pregnant again, I'll be finding a new obgyn in hopes of a better labor/delivery experience.
