She also had no idea what was going on but was able to make a phone call and found out that the dentist was actually out on vacation. I had no prior knowledge of this. I never received a phone call to cancel or reschedule. What could have been a VERY easy phone call lead to unnecessary travel in the middle of a pandemic and was a huge waste of my time.
