It was great the first time,…read morebecause my previous dentist never numbed me up before cleaning and what not - and this place does that - so I was very impressed. However, over time and trips - it's not a 5 star - it's still great, but the hygienists always seem to tick me off. I'm not a child - even though I like to be numb a bit, but please don't continue to harass me about my dental care - I floss, I brush, I water-pick, and I use mouthwash - and I haven't had a cavity since I was a kid - so leave your talk to the kids!

When I declined (because of an on-going problem with Squamish skin carcinoma) the x-rays she told me that the ADA insists on x-rays every three years and that I could leave and reschedule when I was more inclined to accept x-rays. I felt like I had no choice! After I got home I did a search and found that the ADA does NOT insist on x-rays every three years, in fact they state that "one size does not fit all-and that other factors should be considered". The Hygienist's statements were very misleading and totally inaccurate! I'm hoping she gets the remedial training she needs to interact with her patients more accurately and refrains from making things up to meet whatever goals that may be set for her.

I am very pleased to say the staff was absolutely wonderful with both myself and my girls. We showed up on time and were seen right away, checked in by a wondeful secretary. My 4yo cried and was shaking when we first arrived but the dental hygienists went above and beyond to make my girl feel safe and comfortable. They walked her through every step and let her touch the brush before they used it which helped calm her down tremendously. I am beyond grateful for the patience they had with her. Dr. Rush Hejazi was absolutely wonderful as well! He was thorough, kind, honest and gentle (major plus there!). He gave us all the information we needed for looking into braces for my 10yo. I am grateful to have been referred there by friends. We will definitely be regulars!
