Today, happens to be the last day of my current refill and I have yet again been delayed in getting refilled since receptionist can't read a calendar to determine when my last refill was. So as it stands now I have no refills and no medicine because of this terrible service which now places us at serious medical risk. I hope the doctor actually reads this and can see how allowing staff to treat patients this way violates their oath to do no harm. When I went to my first appt with her last month, everyone in front of me in line was saying they called several times and no one would call them back. I suggest going elsewhere because it's not worth it, no matter how good the doctor is, because you won't be able to make an appointment to follow up. This must be illegal in some way to go to an assessment visit but never be able to follow up because the staff don't even respond to you. But they don't like the feed back on my 2nd review. That just shows my point, they have no conflict management skills. Just make a better effort to communicate better. And I would have gladly updated once I experienced an improvement. This has never happened to me, but I have already found another PCP and didn't plan on going back. Growth is inevitable, whether they took this opportunity to provide better service in this instance or not. It will happen again to another patient. They can stay comfortable, kicking ppl out that are dissatisfied. But that not how you run an effective business or grow. Whoever is in charge should know this.
