So as it stands now I have no refills and no medicine because of this terrible service which now places us at serious medical risk. I hope the doctor actually reads this and can see how allowing staff to treat patients this way violates their oath to do no harm. He prescribed me azythromycin and recommended Robitussin DM and a couple other things. I haven't finished the azythromycin yet, but I was feeling better in only a few days. My mucus switched back from green to clear in no time. I can sleep again. I'm grateful to Dr. Manuel. On my first visit, he spent much more time with me than any other doctor ever has. He got a clear picture of my family's medical history, from which we discussed my possible risks. He followed up with an emailed order for blood work, and which we had also discussed during the visit. He displayed a genuine concern for my overall well-being. I look forward to him being my physician for years and years to come.
