They turned an apartment into an office which was a bit weird to me. When I saw the nurse practitioner she was not confident at all, I actually questioned if she had her credentials because she literally told me nothing. Then they send you downstairs to get x rays which isn't done by a x ray tech it's done by whoever is available. They tell me the chiropractor doesn't come in until the following week so that's when it will be read. You're a spine center and you don't have someone on staff to read x rays?? You will see a whole train of people but the person I was most turned off by was "Dr.K". He's nice sure but a little creepy talking to adults, he will talk to you like you're about 7. It was at that point I said I gotta get out of here this is a scam. They bait and switch you so you have to come back for another visit to get your results. It's been weeks and not a soul has called me. This place just doesn't feel right. They also offer Botox which if your red flags weren't already raised they should be now! The chiropractor came out, said we would do X-rays and he would get me out the door. I was late getting out since the X-ray took longer, got no adjustment and paid $250 for no adjustment. They only have a physical therapist on site on Monday/Wednesday/Friday so I cancelled my first appointment and indicated to them that we had selected a different facility with days and hours better suited to our schedule. Hours later I received a phone call from a completely different physical therapy office telling me that Options Rehab had given them my name and number and they wanted to book an appointment for me. I had not asked Options Physical Therapy to contact anyone on my behalf and had clearly indicated to them that I had already found an alternate rehab facility. I had also not consented in any way to them sharing my information. While they did not, to my knowledge, share anything beyond my phone number, which may or may not be a HIPAA violation, I still don't appreciate the fact that they shared any personal information. I called and calmly and politely explained that I was irritated and suggested that in the future they receive client consent before sharing information. Instead of taking accountability and simply apologizing, they said they didn't contact the other facility, did not share my information and didn't know how that happened. I asked if they thought I was making it up because I truly have better things to do with my time. That's when they got just a little snippy and dismissive. I should have checked reviews here first because I never would have called them in the first place.

I made an appt and saw Dr. D'Amato under the pretense this was a free consult as I was told. He did a brief exam(which I thought was part of the free consultation as I was told). Then, as I leave, they tell me that this was the "initial exam" and not a free consult as I was told and tried to charge me $125. Be clear if you go there on what they're charging for and not scamming you out of your money. I refused to pay and the Dr. opened the door for me and said Good Luck. I am a surgical nurse for 18 years and have never seen such unprofessionalism in a doctor. Be weary of this practice.
