She was informative about foods and provided information on foods I kind of knew were not the best choices. I followed the plan. I thought I was going to be hungry, but that is not the case. The booklet with the food choices provides an extensive list of food, including 'free foods' that you can have without measurement and as much as you like. Today, 7/19/24, I am 150.4. I feel great at 64! I have tried Ozempic (3 months), Wegovay (6 months), and Weight Watchers, which worked better for me. Regarding the 'lights' it was explained how the scheduling is done and the possibility of losing one's session. I agreed to the terms, and should I need to reschedule, I will do everything possible to give them 24-hour notice. If not, I agreed to their terms, and there is nothing to say they did not let me know. The front desk is okay. There have been no issues thus far; I do not anticipate any, as they have been delightful and professional. Should it change,On 7/2/24, I started seeking help with weight loss when I weighed 161.4 pounds. I met with Dr. Pontoriero and a coach, who provided helpful information about food choices. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't feel hungry while following the plan. The booklet they provided includes an extensive list of food choices, including 'free foods' that can be consumed without measurement. As of today, 7/19/24, I weigh 150.4 pounds and feel great at 64! I have previously tried Ozempic (3 months), Wegovay (6 months), and Weight Watchers, with Weight Watchers being the most effective for me. I also discussed the scheduling process and the potential consequences of missing a session. I agreed to the terms and will make every effort to provide 24-hour notice if I need to reschedule. I have had no issues with the front desk staff so far, and they have been both pleasant and professional. If my experience changes, I will consider providing feedback and speaking with the doctor. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience and glad that I didn't read any reviews prior to scheduling my first appointment. I will submit a review again and speak with the Doctor. I I am happy I did not see the reviews before scheduling my first appointment, as I am pretty satisfied so far.

They turned an apartment into an office which was a bit weird to me. When I saw the nurse practitioner she was not confident at all, I actually questioned if she had her credentials because she literally told me nothing. Then they send you downstairs to get x rays which isn't done by a x ray tech it's done by whoever is available. They tell me the chiropractor doesn't come in until the following week so that's when it will be read. You're a spine center and you don't have someone on staff to read x rays?? You will see a whole train of people but the person I was most turned off by was "Dr.K". He's nice sure but a little creepy talking to adults, he will talk to you like you're about 7. It was at that point I said I gotta get out of here this is a scam. They bait and switch you so you have to come back for another visit to get your results. It's been weeks and not a soul has called me. This place just doesn't feel right. They also offer Botox which if your red flags weren't already raised they should be now! I'm pretty sure everyone that said they were a "Dr" there is some sort of tech so don't be fooled.

The staff is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and the first thing I was told when walking up to the office was "we open at 2:30" (even though a staff member told me over the phone to come at 2:15 to complete paperwork). I waited for awhile, and spent the first 30 minutes of my visit answering questions that I already put on the questionnaire. I was then given pamphlets about getting vitamin shots (which was never the reason why I came to this chiropractor). Even though I was told over the phone my appointment would be 45 minutes, it was about an hour and I even told the front desk I had to be out by 3 PM. The chiropractor came out, said we would do X-rays and he would get me out the door. I was late getting out since the X-ray took longer, got no adjustment and paid $250 for no adjustment. Not to mention, the office smells like marijuana, my chiropractor made me feel uncomfortable by asking me the same question 2x, slurring a bit, and making weird jokes. Really unfortunate experience, but when getting my neck and back adjusted, I want someone professional and who I feel confident in. This missed the mark.

What especially sets OPMR aside from other rehabilitation centers is that they are an integrated team of professionals including chiropractors, a pain management physician, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and an awesome administrative team. The medical / treatment staff is physician . Dr. Ruiz and Dr. Colon are both highly regarded and well liked by so many patients, as are some of the physical therapists and assistants, like Sheana and David, who are so motivating and upbeat. Together, they devise a treatment plan which is formulated and tailored specifically for you. My initial consultation with my physical therapist, Nicolai, was very thorough and informative. He devised a personal treatment plan which he explained in great detail, and was happy to address all of my concerns. I've been a patient at OPMR for other post-op treatment in years past, and my conditions always improved remarkably. That is due to the excellence of their physical therapists and many others on this team of great care providers. Everyone was positive, professional and genuine in their interest for the advancement of my healing. The last time I was treated at OPMR, I began to feel a noticeable improvement after one month. I also began feeling more positive and looked forward to more activities in my personal life. I addressed the posture and muscle strengthening parts of my program at home through the exercises Nicolai taught me. He also printed an illustrated copy of what the exercises were and exactly how they should be performed. It has been a huge help! I am indebted to their assisting me to address the real issue instead of focusing on temporary solutions. The staff is friendly, compassionate and time efficient! Very short times, if at all. Quick easy high-quality care, which is due to an extremely organized administrative team. Processes run smoothly and efficiently, especially at the reception desk. Cassie, Sandy and Cynthia are among the first faces you see at OPMR. No matter how busy they may be on the phone or handling multiple tasks simultaneously, they always make patients feel welcome and are very versed in handling insurance or benefit-related concerns. Together this amazing group of professionals provide exceptional customer service to each individual patient. I would welcome the opportunity to recommend this practice to anyone that is serious about about improving their health and overall quality of life.
