I had a leak in a pipe that did major damage to my home. He spent twenty minutes repairing the pipe and charged a ridiculous amount. That's not my issue though, he didn't supply a receipt or an invoice outlining the work done. Without this my insurance won't pay out. I've been nothing but polite to him and even explained personal information like I'm a disabled mother of 3 children and that I needed my home repaired. I rang and text every day for 9 days after his promise to supply me with what was needed. He has totally ignored all my messages and calls and still stuck at home with all the damage done.
